AC Care Heat & Air

I have used AC Care Heat and Air for over 16 years. It is rare to find an honest company that won't sell you something you do not need. Adam and his team are that company. As a retail manager I have used dozens of contractors over the years until they came out to give an estimate one day. I was told by my company to collect three estimates. The first said I needed a compressor, the second said we needed the whole unit replaced. AC Care came out and put a new belt on the unit and serviced it. This company is quick, honest, clean, and always professional. I tell everyone I know about them.

Has done yearly maintenance on my heat pump for years-always at a good price, complete and keeps it running efficiently. Replaced my unit 10 or more years ago when it needed it. Has come out in an emergency at 7am(I know I got him out of bed). It's nice having a person you can depend on and not a new person every time that doesn't know your equipment. Would definitely recommend Add Elbania to do your service.

After having few other companies to diagnose our unit and spent over $200 for Service calls and they could not fix the problem. I was referred to AC Care Heat and Air the guy at AC care was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem without having to change the compressor as were told. I would highly recommend this company.

He came out on the 4th of July last year 2017 to help my family out on short notice. Once again this year 2018. His prices are way less than those big name places. After talking I also realized he is just a good person wanting my family to be comfortable. I'll never call anyone else!

Not sure why anyone would give this man a bad review. If the did they must have had a bad day. He never smoked 1 cigarette while working on my unit. I just don't want 1 review to stop you from getting a very knowledgeable person who will explain to you what needs to happen before it does.

I was in need of a new unit to my addition, I called serval places they all gave me the run a round until I called Add form Ac Care, he was very professional and curious and was able to come right away to give me an estimate, a few days later he had the unit installed and it was PERFECT, and the price was great, I shopped around and found out that his price was at Least 30% less than anyone else, I highly recommend AC Care to anyone in need of Excellent work, Thank You ADD

AC went out around 4pm, Adam arrived and had it fixed by 530. Very helpful and professional, I will be using his services in the future.

We were very encouraged when reading the prior reviews but........ Not only did this man not even know which unit went to which level of the house, he wanted to argue about the coverage of our home owners insurance, and ended up 'fixing " the wrong unit that he first argued that we needed a second claim before he would check it. He never even looked at the unit he was originally called here for. He guaranteed that our issue was fixed, but as I sit here in the heat, I can guarantee that it is not. Will never recommend this company to anyone. The trash from his pack of cigarettes he threw in our yard while sitting on the back patio was just the cherry on top.
