Very professional and did excellent work. Kenny and Mike showed up and installed a new Tankless water heater to replace an old tank water heater that died. Installation looks great, they cleaned up behind themselves, and walked me through all the functions of our new system. They got us a financing option that worked for us. We were so happy, we signed up for the maintenance plan for the whole house. Very satisfied! THANKS GUYS!

Kevin & Daniel came out and done a terrific job installing 3 toilets, 3 outside faucets, new shower handles in guest bath. They were very professional with my wife & daughter.

Jordan, Mike and Ryan came out and detected our water leak, changed out our out door faucet, updated some of our pipes, and replaced our water heater, and treated our drains. The customer service was top notch, they were very professional, on time and very helpful. They were very personable and efficient at explaining and answering all questions. We will definitely keep their service.

Was close to $800 to replace an outlet and a single circuit breaker, that's like $12 in parts, and not more than an hour labor. Half of that was to diagnose the problem .He was very upfront about pricing. I went ahead and accepted because we were in a bind but I was not happy about the inflated pricing. I had a whole circuit breaker panel replaced for a thousand bucks not too long ago.

All I can say is wow. Had a good install of 2 new hvac units for my home. Josh and Matt were knowledgeable and friendly. Even the boss happen to swing by and check on them and there work and check on us. I felt like they cared about us and made sure we were happy. They stayed around to make sure both units were tested and running, at peak performance. They offer so many services, we will be using them again. Thanks 👍edit: next day now my units are not working and waiting 4 days for repair is unacceptable on less then 24 hour new installed units. Will edit back to maybe a 5 when it's resolved.

Originally contacted concerning active leak in shower plumbing. Randy & Ryan quickly determined it was more than that. After giving me helpful suggestions, they offered to do a look around under the house. They identified an issue with a rotting gas line. Replaced gas piping and outdoor faucet. Professional, Responsive, Prompt, and Outstanding quality work. So glad a neighbor recommended them. I recommend them.

We had already used Hero Services for both plumbing and HVAC, so naturally we called them to check out an electrical issue where a whole series of outlets were nonfunctional. They quickly discovered the problem and fixed it, while also checking on and highlighting the root cause of the issue, which was the aged breakers in the electrical panel, causing surging in the entire system. Levi and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and they accomplished the upgrade in less than 30 min. Very satisfied with the work done and we will have them back out in the future to add electrical outlets to our deck.

I highly recommend Hero Services. I recently hired them to install an EV charger in my garage and Levi and Nick were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They gave me a quote and completed the installation the same day. Great customer service!

The tech who came out to diagnose the issue was very professional and respectful. But beware, the pricing quoted by Hero to replace the eOne waste water pump was more than double what was quoted to me by another company. And it turns out the other company honored the eOne warranty so the repairs didn't cost me a dime. On top of that, the pump wasn't "shot" as the Hero tech stated; it just needed a new part. So I "saved" over $6000 by getting a second opinion.

Their "one price" model seems designed to mask true material and labor costs. Be sure to get a second opinion and quote!

While trying to put in a new HVAC system we discovered the whole under our house was filled with water. Hero services led by Kenny’s team did an awesome job. We had to have the whole crawl space drained of water, all of our drain pipes torn out and new ones put in. Kenny takes great pride in his work and was very professional throughout this difficult job. Hero Services gets a five star rating from me. Kenny and his team are the best!
