Run run and run faster... You do not want them performing work for you. They initially came out to fix the refrigerator but the initial tech didn't properly diagnose the problem per Leroy the owner on visit number two. I was advised a part needed to be replaced and that the cost would be offset by what I had already paid since it wasn't done correctly.... sounds good right? It took them a MONTH to return after calling them multiple times a week. The tech arrived and replaced the part and Kim the co-owner refused to honor the credit that was agreed to on the account. Needless to say after a lengthy conversation the initial service was credited. I have never been spoken to by a vendor the way this women spoke to me... I will never use them on any property commercial or residential and would never recommend them to somebody that is not looking for a fight and headache. They do not keep their word and there are to many legitimate companies to do business with.
I have had Lloyd's to my place three times in the last two years and been VERY HAPPY with their service. One time just needed a good cleaning and freon added, which was done the same day and at a fair price. They could have told me it needed much more expensive stuff and I would have not known the difference. Very honest and friendly people. They are the first place I refer my friends to and always taken care of them with the same service I have experienced.
Called about a non working walk in cooler in the morning. Was told they would try to get someone out. Called back after several hours to see if they could get to me today or not. Was told that we said we would try but if I was in that big of a hurry to call someone else and hung up. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer the phone. I left a message to please call me back and let me know if they were still trying or just not interested anymore. Waited about an hour and called back from a different number. Same lady answered the phone I stated my name and explained about the message I left and she said yea I heard it but they didn't want my business to take it elsewhere!?' I was flabbergasted that a businesses first line of contact with the public would be so rude. I have used Lloyds in the past but never will I again!
I called up Lloyd's because two of my attic fans were not working. They told me that they would fit me in at the end of the day. I waited all day and use a day of vacation up. The service man calls me at about 5 and tells me he is at my house. I happen to run to the store at that time. He didn't give me a courtesy call saying that he would be there at any time. He tells me that he will come by the next morning from 8-10. I said ok. I get a call from their office saying that he wasn't authorized to do that and they will again, fit me in at the end of the day. Guess what? They never came and they never called. So this company wasted two of my vacation days.
I have used Lloyd's for my business about three years now. They are professional and are very quick to respond anytime I have had a problem, whether it was with my walk in cooler or my ice machine. They are knowledgeable and never hesitate to explain the problem and to make sure I understand the issue at hand. I would highly recommend this business and guarantee you will appreciate their honesty and hard work for any of your Refrigeration or HVAC problems.
Make sure when you call you DO NOT ask the receptionist how she is doing. She will think you are making a sales call instead of just being polite. She hung up on me twice from two different numbers. Can not imagine they get much business with her being the first point of contact.
