Kevin and Dane did an outstanding job with making sure all the duct work was cleaned. Made sure both HVAC thermostats were also working properly after they finished.

I am super pleased with how easy and fast it was to schedule services. Everything was taken care of on the phone/internet and the technician was very professional and worked quickly, and cleaned up. I will be using them again in the future and might venture out to try new services offered through the company!

My ducts had never been cleaned in my older home. They were able to schedule quickly and arrived on time. After inspection, I had to get a repair to my ductwork before they could start. Job was rescheduled promptly once the repairs were done. Technicians were professional, neat, clean and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Marshall for duct cleaning.

Techs were upfront about services. The website gives the impression that photos are taken before and after. This is only done at an arms reach with camera phone. You don't get any photos thru the duct work. This could only be done with a snake camera, which they don't have. I had to request copies of photos over the phone. So you really don't have a visual of ducts, before and after. Also, techs said they don't typically patch duct that may be damaged already before cleaning. Maybe a small tape job at best. Not what we were told in the front end.

Kevin is a very nice young man, he climbed in the attic to replace the dryer vent pipe support straps. They don't offer that service normally but he handled it anyway. He then cleaned the vent pipe out. I'm very happy with the job he did. THANKS!
