    This company is great! I have used other companies to service my HVAC systems with mixed results prior to finally finding a HVAC team that actually knew what needed to be done. Air Essentials proved that they will always be my systems team to call to get the problems resolved. Can’t say enough about their attention to the details and quality of their service.

    Frederick Ellis: First and Foremost, my original review was hidden/removed from public view. Furthermore, the owner said I was deceived them by calling and setting up another appointment as a non-home warranty customer, if that's what it took to get the truth, I'm guilty. Irrelevant to the fact that I had an appointment scheduled. I did not reschedule. You rescheduled on me. Here's where the root cause of the problem occurs. You call me 1 1/2 hours before scheduled appointment, no problem. You then reschedule me out 4 days later. When I asked if someone could come out sooner, I was informed there's was no way and that is the soonest. Verbatim! What customer would not have a problem with this scenario?

    It's been 4 years since I've retired from the Air Force but one thing I do know is in the aircraft maintenance world, we never plugged non-scheduled aircraft in the primary lineup if an aircraft cancelled. We went with the spare aircraft scheduled to fly later during the week/month. Same should be treated for your customers, same concept.

    The bottom line of your response is if you are a home warranty customer and we reschedule you, we will put you on the schedule as we see fit. We're getting our money regardless since we are contracted out.

    I have no problem waiting even if it took another month for I have 2 HVAC systems running my home and just 1 not cooling. Transparency is my issue.

    I never name called anyone, wrote in a derogatory form. I told exactly what happened.

    I don't write reviews but felt the need to address the transparency with this company. Made a service request through my home warranty 30 Apr 22 regarding my air conditioning unit not cooling. Called 2 May and had an appointment set up for 5 May. Received a call on 5 May for a reschedule due to the weather, completely understandable. Rescheduled for 9 May with no prior openings before the 9th.

    Using my hunch, I called from a different phone today, 6 May, and used a different address with the same issues. First question asked to me was am I using a home warranty. I replied that I was not. Got booked the same day for an evening appointment. I made the comment that I was amazed at how soon they could send a technician out on the same day. I was informed they purposefully keep the schedule light so they can book appointments. I waited until I received the text confirmation to call back.

    Called back to inform them I was upset and disappointed and that I had used another number and address to book a fake appointment on the same day. The excuse I received from another individual this time was there was a cancellation and that was there reasoning for booking a new appointment rather than moving your rescheduled appointments up. Cancellation between 4:26 pm (closing) and 9:00 am (next morning open) doesn't sound right.

    I'm in no way commenting negative on their technicians and their quality of work. The issue I have with this company is honesty. I don't mind waiting to get my air condition repaired but be transparent. I've kept all correspondence with this company and will be sending it to my home warranty company.

    Received another contracted company to come out and fix my a/c unit!!!

    Great customer service and knowledgeable. Had a new system installed last year. This was the first tune up for the unit. He identified and fixed several mistakes the installers made. Will definitely use again.

    Thomas showed up in the beginning of his time window, was polite and friendly, and solved my problem incredibly fast. BEST HVAC guy ever! Didn't try to upsell me at all. Clearly, a fantastic company with employees like Thomas. Would HIGHLY recommend using their service. I've never been more impressed with a technician.

    Very knowledgeable and not pushy on anything we didn’t need! The annual maintenance they do for you twice a year is with it so you don’t have to keep them coming out every time something happens. They can come out twice a year and check everything and fix it also. Brett was awesome!
