The tech was very professional and courteous. He had the blower motor replaced the same night he came and inspected the unit. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again when needed.

My experience with Air Essentials was amazing. For the past few years during the summer my house would get really hot even though the thermostat was set at a low temperature. Throughout those years several companies came and look at the AC unit and no one could figure out why in the summer the house would just get really hot. Last year Brett came out and immediately upon entering the house figured out the problem. Turns out the attic had no installation. After following his advised to get the attic insulated, I no longer have that problem. This summer during those high temperatures I was able to be comfortably cool at 75. Brett saved me hundreds on my electric bill and now Air Essentials is the only company I trust to service my AC Unit. I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs.

The technician, Brett came in and listened to all our concerns before he began his search to finding the root cause of our A/C issues. He let us know as he tested the system what was wrong and how he could do to fix it. The transformers were blown and he even demonstrated how they could be tested and what caused the problem for both to be blown. He got us up and running after being without air conditioning for over a week due to another company’s negligence. We appreciate honesty and integrity of skilled tradesmen.

Technician (Brett J) dispatched by home warranty company was super knowledgeable, courteous, professional & patient. Though he quickly assessed & diagnosed the problem to be outside of his purview, he spent time patiently explaining options & educating us about our HVAC system. Brett came out on a warranty call through 2-10. He went through the entire system and diagnosed the issues we were having and gave us multiple options to solve the problem. He and Joel are both great guys that went above and beyond.
