Titan Heating & Air replaced my existing unit so quickly and efficiently. The neighbors even noticed and wanted their contact information. The installers were very polite and did a wonderful job. From the first conversation to completion, everything went as agreed upon. I haven’t been impressed with a company like this in a very long time. Titan has been great to work with! From the first day we moved in and our heat went out, to now that our entire HVAC needed to get updated. Reasonable prices, speedy service, and really nice people.

After attempting to fix my dinosaur unit to make it through one more winter, we decided it was time to replace. Jerry pointed me in the direction for financing and the next day we were ready to go. The installation crew arrived on time and had the job done in about three hours. Just in time for another cold snap. :)

When our air conditioner died right as we were selling our home, Titan went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly so it didn't affect our showings. Then after it turned out to be a larger underlying issue with the system, they were quick to return and make the whole thing right. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I hate negative Google reviews. However, I've tried to work with Titan's management for over a year on pressing issues with units they've installed and maintained. Today is the last day after it took them four visits to troubleshoot what the last technician told me "was a simple issue to uncover." Titan has a few knowledgeable techs, but the rest of them are never on the same page, are always in a rush, and frankly don't care about doing the job correctly. They don't check historical account data or don't appear to have a CRM tool that allows for it and their service manager & ownership doesn't follow through on callbacks.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Titan. Not only did they have the best price, they were the only ones to inspect under my house as well to make sure the job done was thorough. Great communication about expectations, and everything was done on time in a short schedule. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got my install scheduled. Added bonus is the five-year labor warranty they offer. No one else I asked to bid offered one. That gives us peace of mind! Highly recommend Jerry and his team.

Bought a home and the 38 year old HVAC finally bit the dust. Called Titan Heating and Air (recommended by a friend) and explained what happened and that I was in a pinch. Spouse is sickly and cannot be without a HVAC for his health. Titan Heating and Air got our new system installed, removed the old system, within days. Cannot thank them enough, had to avoid a medical emergency with the spouse. Now we plan to have them maintain/service the unit to keep it in pristine condition so it lasts a long time. Hats off to Jerry and his crew, they are all amazing. Pride in workmanship and ethical. If I had to do it over again, I would still call Titan Heating and Air.

Went out of their way to help me with a air duct that had fallen down in a crawl space from a rotted floor and needed to be block off temporarily. I will be using them in the future when I fix the floor and put the duct back up. Great people to work with and very honest.

Service was great and would use them again. My only complaint is their antiquated payment system. First, they mail you an invoice and then their preference is you either mail or physically bring them a check. Who under 40 years old has stamps or writes checks? They have no way to pay online and if you pay over the phone with a card they add 3.8% extra.
