Kelly was so helpful with the item I needed, she told me that it would have to be ordered but that it would be there by 1:00 the next day and she would call me as soon as it arrived. Well at about 11:20 this morning she called to let me know that it’s ready to be picked up and when I got there she unboxed it for me so I could make sure it was exactly what I needed. Then after I purchased it she even offered to carry it to my car for me. To me, that’s real customer service. Thank you Kelly

I can’t remember his name, but the employee ID on my receipt says BR2MVB. AMAZING customer service. I had been struggling for days to find a shipping method that would work, walked in and he made it happen!

I ordered a product from their online website and had it shipped to their Chattanooga location 2 weeks ago. Called customer service last week to check the pickup date for 9-26-2022..everything with my order was scheduled. Went to pick up, only to find out the order was canceled by the supplier and never sent. This was my 1st and last experience with Granger

Make sure you know exactly what you need before you go. The staff is useless.
