Jim and Don from Indoor Comfort Techs, Heat and Air came out today to look at an outdoor unit that was down today and got it up and running again in no time, filter was u that led to a leak and tripped a sensor that kept the unit shut down so no parts replacement was needed, just new filters. Very nice and professional, provided some maintenance tips and we're on their way.

All four units he installed had major issues within 1-3 years.

He told me I needed a new outside condenser and inside air handler on unit less than ten years old. I got a second opinion and only needed outside unit after all, saving me $1500.

I had a rental property ac unit blowing warm air in the summer. He shows up and checks freon levels that were ok and says there’s nothing wrong with the unit and leaves with the unit still blowing warm air. I had to call him several times to get him to come back and fix issue.
