I was past my 1 year warranty and Thomas sent the gentleman out to fix a leak in my coil which would have cost me in labor and coolant probably around $500 I assume. He ate the cost for me, I found that to be very professional that they stand behind their product and service like that .

This is a wonderful place of business! They are all respectful and very professional, everyone from the installers to the wonderful ladies answering the phones! They have went above and beyond for me with all my dealings with them. Thank you again for everything!!

I recently purchased Mitsubishi Split Type AC unit. Titan has installed all my units in my house and have also provided great service through the years. I needed someone to come out and look at my unit, it did not seem to be heating the way it should. They sent someone out and fixed my unit and I may also get them to install some gas logs as a back up heat source for the winter
