We reached out to Arctic Air Inc. due to a A/C unit not working.I called and spoke with Kathy, she was awesome! She was able to have someone out to us within the hour. The gentlemen that arrived was very professional, informative and efficient. He was able to determine the problem in no time, was up front about everything that had to be done, and most of all honest. I would highly recommend Arctic Air Inc., for any residential or commercial needs...if you are seeking a affordable, reliable, customer service driven company..they are it!

We use Arctic Air for our commercial business, rental real estate, and primary residence. They do excellent quarterly maintenance, and are quick to send help when we have a problem. They are competitively priced, and their techs are knowledgeable and congenial. We have tried using several companies in the Tri-County area, and have not found a company more honest or reliable. Whatever your HVAC needs, Arctic Air is a company you can count on for the long term!

Was charged $99 to tell me I needed a new thermostat which they wanted to charge me $380.00 for. The most expensive one at Lowes is $250. Then they charged me 2 times on my card. Do not recommend.

I called Arctic Air to do a routine tune up on our aging HVAC system, they keep them running smoothly for years. We did have to eventually replace our system and Mike sat down with me to show my options with units and financing, we know can control the thermostat with an app on our phone. Oh yeah, our electric bill went down too.

Michael was very informative and direct. I knew exactly what I was getting and for what price. I love how family oriented this company is. Our ice cream freezer box went down, ice cream completely melted. Quick response and excellent service. Day after service, we are at -Minus 8 degrees! Arctic Air services all of our reach in and walk in refrigerators and freezers AND our Ice Machines!

We had a newborn daughter and our air went out. We had other companies give us quotes but they tried to put a unit in that was way too big for our house. Michael came out and broke everything down for us. He was prompt, honest, and upfront. He helped us pick the perfect system for our home. The installers were respectful of my napping baby and kept the place nice and clean. They even brought out a portable unit to keep us comfortable. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Arctic Air has provided excellent service in repairing/replacing our AC units at 2 different residences over the past 25 years. Their staff are very knowledgeable and courteous to deal with.
