Repairman did come out quick on a holiday. But he came as a salesman and not a repairman. Did not fix the unit. Just wanted to sell me a new one. The unit is not that old. Low on Freon. No equipment to install Freon. Calling out a second opinion today. Just because the unit is running R22 is not a good reason to replace. The new unit probably wouldn’t last 10 years.

Technician, Mr. Torres, showed up promptly, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. We have used Bailey for a very long time. Good family, good company and good staff.

I regrettably called another company before reaching out to Bailey’s Heating and Controls to help us solve our heat pump crisis of 2019. The first company told me there was nothing that could be done for my two year old unit and duct work and said my cheapest option was an $8,000 upgrade. After laughing them out the door I called Bailey’s and they had an excellent technician named Joe help us out the very next day. He had a lot of detective work ahead of him and kept me informed the entire process - before the day was out, our system was up and running better than it had ever been before. I’m ecstatic.
Hiring this company is a no brainer, they’ll be my first call from here on out.

We have been using Bailey for a while now and are overall pleased. Set up our new unit and did maintainance on our old one. Had to come out twice however to fix a clogged pipe, first tech didn’t fix it and didn’t seem to care. So called back and they sent DJ who was great. He was determined to fix the problem and did at no charge. Thank you Bailey!

I have been a client for over 25 years and have never been disappointed with their service. Our mini split coils needed a bath to clean them after 8 years, never touched. Manual did not mention coil cleaning so we learned something.

We called Bailey Heating when we had a leak in one of our air vents, which was causing water to pool on the floor & ceiling. Scott was sent to our house the next day & worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of & our problem was fixed. He worked carefully, neatly, and thoroughly until he was sure our problem was solved, keeping us informed of each step as he worked. Not to mention it was a 95+ degree day, and he never complained about having to work in our attic & outside in the sun. We are thankful for the hard work of Scott & appreciate the professionalism & reliability of Bailey Heating!
