The Bailey company Repaired our HVAC system in a professional and timely manner and a reasonable cost. We have continue to use them as the need requires.

This was the 2nd visit of the week. Freon is leaking somewhere, but no definitive location is known. It’s hard to replace expensive equipment for what might be a repairable leak somewhere. Very apprehensive and concerned right now. Almost 5 years of zero issues, now this all of a sudden.

They are very professional and very responsive to me they never at any time not keep me informed or answer all my calls. They always responded back Right away. I have a mobile home and they were able to install a Carrier Air conditioner in my home and it was a lot cheaper than the air units that are made for Mobile homes. The price was Great. The guys are so Sweet and very hard working. Keep up the great work guys. Thank you all for everything.

I had an issue with my AC unit not cooling on a Tuesday. On Wednesday the inspection found many leaks through out the system and the only fix was to replace the entire unit. Everything was replaced and up and running by the afternoon on Friday! Great work!!

We had all of our old soft ductwork removed from under the house and replaced with metal ductwork. Also recommended and added a new Carrier Air Purifier to our HVAC. We were told it would probably take 2 days and we would be without air conditioning. It was finished and workable by evening of the first day! They even serviced and cleaned the coils in our HVAC. We were amazed! They were very informative, attentive and kind. Chris took wonderful care of us, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! They are the best!! Would not use anyone else!

The repairman determined the problem quickly, which was needing a new part. He immediately called to find it and get it quickly, along with finding out if the part was still under warranty. Luckily, it was. He came out as soon as he found out the part came in, for which I am especially grateful, as my house was getting warmer by the day. Every repairman I've ever had from Bailey has been knowledgeable and professional.

The first voice I heard on the phone was Ms. Rita. She was cheerful and was very courteous. She stated that she didn't know what time someone would come to my address, but she said it would be the same day. That was awesome news. The promise was definitely kept. Mr. Joe Mabry was the technician that responded and I was completely satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge of the problem. I even enjoyed the conversation that we had as well! Thank you guys so much and I will most definitely be a returning customer!
