AC stopped working the day before a graduation party. Bailey AC came out same day and resolved issue within a short period; capacitor had blown. Edwin called before coming out, arrived timely and was very professional. Bailey AC, you have a new regular customer in us!

AC unit condensate overflow kept tripping unit at hottest time of the summer. We have maintenance service contract with Bailey. They were prompt and professional. Ron ultimately discovered acorns stashed in the lower portion of the condensate drain. It took some effort but ultimately cleared the line and the unit is back operating correctly. No idea how a chipmunk can get acorns 6 ft into a 3/4 inch PVC drain ?

A very kind knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Joe Mabry came to my home today in response to no cold air coming from the ac on this hot muggy August day. He knew what was needed and took care it promptly. Back to a cool home in August. Cannot say enough good about him or Rita in the office who took my call at 7:32 am with great compassion for my plight. Thanks Bailey folks! You all rock!!
