These guy are amazing! Do not waste your time with companies like Waldrop unless you want to pay $630 for a$100 thermostat.
Energy Shark went above and beyond for about $15,000 less.

Five years ago they did a full install. We noticed not long later one of our units struggled when it was VERY cold… we tried calling to get our unit serviced and 2 times they either cancelled or no showed. They never responded to the multiple phone messages I’ve left.

Honestly time went by, we had a major septic flood and that directed our attention to more emergent issues. Now that those are resolved I reached out to Energy Shark AGAIN in hopes I’d get my unit service. Again I am left with no response. Another company was recommended to us… they came out next day. And told us we’re very blessed our house hasn’t burned down. His words “whoever installed this unit left so many code violations and this needs to be corrected immediately” exp

Our recent experience with Energy Sharks is evidence that in spite of the craziness that exists in the world today, there remain foundational enterprises that exemplify traditional America. From the almost immediate response to our inquiry, to the next day scheduling of the on-site review, the VERY competitive quote (compared to the three others received for the project), the fast procurement of the chosen equipment, and for the coup de grace, the highly experienced and skilled team that effected an exemplary installation- we cannot be more pleased with our decision to contract with Phil and his company to perform our two system HVAC replacement and conversion to dual fuel capability.

It's rare these days to receive value in a transaction, but in this case we got all we bargained for, and more. This was not an inexpensive adventure, but the satisfaction of paying for a job thoughtfully presented and expertly executed is hard to come by, and the Energy Sharks have earned every penny- we recommend them without reservation.

If you need hvac work done, Energy Sharks is the company to call. It starts with the owner Phil, he believes in his service and stands buy his employees. Phil does not use high pressure tack-tic’s , he gives you options and the price was great. The crew was on time, very soft spoken men and very respectful. I needed complete have work done and they got it done and made sure to clean up behind themselves. I was not uncomfortable having these men in my home. Thank you, Phil, Danny and the other GENTLEMAN (which is what they all are) for a great experience, great and timely work and best of all the best sleep I have had in quite some time. I will certainly let everyone know how great this company is. Hats off to you all.

Energy Sharks did an excellent job installing a York gas pack and modifying the vent and duct work to increase efficiency. The crew were professional and efficient. Great job, great price. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great company to work with. We bought and had a new AC system installed. The install team was on-site on time and finished the entire job in just a few hours. They did a great job with making sure some of the old parts that weren't properly installed years ago by another company were done right. We have had wonderful cold air coming through especially with the return upstairs being expanded to match the ac unit. Wonderful company and great pricing 👍.

Phil from Energy Sharks came over Wednesday around 12:30pm and I had my new high efficiency York heat pump installed by 9:30am the next day. Very professional and quality work. They hauled off the old system and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very happy with the installation.

Bought new HV/AC units and very not pleased with how they are handling it to get properly adjusted.

Have talked to the Co-owners and it appears that they are only interested in getting your money and have you fix the unit by just turning off the main breaker then back on instead of having someone come out to fix the problem .

After the 2nd time of calling them, they did send out Mr. Zack and he get it fix for a short time. Now the unit is blowing more cool air while thermostat is set at 72 degrees. Have to crack up the thermostat to 75 before we get any warm air flowing out of vents.

Would really like them to come and fix the whole problem instead of just me continuing to write negative comments.

Very responsible company, came on time, did a great job, and left no mess. I’m a retired contractor from another state. Danny and Zack were easy to work with on my own home. They showed up when they said they would and explained evert step of the install. Asking if the location for the equipment was good. After which Danny ran through the operational aspects, showing us how it works. Being a contractor, you couldn’t ask for any better employees to represent your company. They did a terrific job.
