They put a new AC unit into my mobile home with a heat pump and it's a heater too and they did a fantastic job there is super sweet people and I give them a lot of credit and a lot of work they did super great thank you

Not so fast. Installer came out today 2/14/23 and things did NOT go well... the installer let the vent pipe slide out and then proceeded to walk around my house looking for access to it - INCLUDING BARGING INTO KIDS ROOMS! Not okay. Called Bros A/C and CSR said tell installer to call his boss, he wouldn't. Then CSR said ask installer to leave and they wouldn't. Finally, CSR said I may have to CALL THE POLICE! Seriously? Bros A/C doesn't have control of their installer. End of the day, someone else is coming out 2moro to finish the install BUT, I have no trust that the water heater is actually venting out of my house. I'm 60yo or I would have done this myself. Strongly suggest IF YOU CAN, do this yourself. If you can NOT, you should be very careful who you let into your house! Maybe make sure both H&W are home and not any kids.

I recently purchased a brand new HVAC system from them recently. It was installed and shortly into the heating season it stopped working. I have been without heat for the past three days. I am currently waiting for someone to come and fix the issue, but it seems that fixing the problem is not a priority for the company despite my household being without heat. This is very frustrating. Temperatures are down to the 40's at night.

I had the system installed 12/10/2022 and since then someone has come to fix the panel on the front of the furnace because they used screws they were too short. Several phone calls were made because they did not complete the trim however they are scheduled to come out 12/30/22. It is now 12/24/2022 Christmas Eve to only wake up to my home not warm at all when it is 11 degrees outside. A technician is supposed to be coming and of course I guess he lives the furthest away. The only way I would recommend this business is if you find one that is close to your home (area).

Needed them to come out to check our system due to an outage. The system came back online shortly after the call but they insisted on making a house call just in case. Great service and peace of mind.

Your service technician, Logan Davis, came out to my house promptly at 8:30 a.m. as discussed and repaired my system quickly, and professionally. I was very impressed by his diligence and honestly speaking about my system and its problems. Bottom line, he fixed it and I will most certainly call Brothers back the next time I need either maintenance or repairs. Thank you Logan and thank you Brothers.

We had Brothers replace our AC, Furnace, and Water Heater all in one day after our AC died and all systems were 15 yrs old. Their techs were professional, well mannered, respectful of us and our home, and did the install all in one day. Their follow-up is phenomenal and our systems passed inspection with the county on the first visit from the inspector!

Their prices were fair (I had done research knowing the age of our systems) and service is excellent. Again, we were so very impressed by each employees personable demeanor which is so important to us.

We highly recommend Brothers!! We would use them again (without hesitation) and will recommend them to friends and family!!
