Great office and in person customer service. Brothers was most helpful in scheduling and with reminders, even calling to let us know our technician would arrive on time! Wow! Selvin showed up promptly and worked efficiently to service our tankless hot water heater. He was clear, honest, and explained his work thoroughly. Only when I asked, did he share the Brothers annual maintenance plan for all systems and because it could truly save us money. No pressure, just pure common sense communication. Selvin also offered some practical tips to help extend the life of the water heater. Very positive experience with Brothers Heating Cooling and Plumbing and Selvin today.

Received excellent service as well as being fully informed by the technician (Jamal) on the service that was required to get the system working at peak performance.
I can’t say enough good things about the step by step process that he took me through. He tested the system for both heat and air conditioning to be sure both were working up to efficiency. The company should be very proud to have this very detail oriented and well mannered person representing them. Great job Jamal. Thank you again.

I can’t understand the rating this company gets. Professional Con Artists. To summarise it, the serviceman misdiagnosed the problem, asked to replace condenser pump for $616, I replaced it for $95, it took me 5 minutes, and it was not the problem. Get a follow up, the second serviceman wanted $475 to find the electric shortages, of course I rejected it and got someone I know, he told me they tried to rip me off, he turns a switch in the unit and it worked. Did not charge me anything.

Under heat & air quality advisories, I'm still without ac. The part was expected last Thursday or Friday. I have to keep contacting them for updates. Latest news is maybe the end of this week for part to arrive (which is separate from installation)! Customer service is poor. Managing expectations is abysmal Professionalism / communication is poor. Price quoted is shocking compared to recent research. Poor quality overall because NOTHING has been acceptable to date.

Factory warranty of HVAC heat pump. We had no heat in February 21 after purchasing condo in 10/20. Service came out, "unit is bad, needs to be replaced, but it is under warranty & will be replaced for free, but the freon will need to be removed & replaced & we will charge you for that & the labor = ~$2200+."
It's 20°, there was no real alternative as my wife had literally just got out of the hospital. They were fairly responsive on the replacement time frame. Wife was having health issues & was in & out of the hospital at the time, so wasn't available to see the replacement installation. Paid the bill & had heat, but after "completion," the unit seemed to run all the time, but have never had a heat pump, so didn't know that was unusual.
I wasn't impressed with the service & its ability to keep the condo comfortable. Finally was talking to a friend who recommended an independent service. The independent came out & showed how the unit was ~40% shy of the correct amount of freon, resulting in the constant running of the equipment. The sticker shows 5.3 lbs of R410A. It also shows a manufacture date of Mar 2016, not the "new" equipment Brothers was supposed to install. That was apparently sold to another client as the unit has a manufacture date of 2016, not 2020 or 2021.
Based on our experience, if there were no other alternatives to Brothers, I would convert to gas logs/wood heat & window AC units. I have no faith in a company which seems to have failed to install the new unit. Their tech was not competent enough to read the cabinet label calling for 5.3 lbs of R410A & fill the exterior unit with the requisite 5.3, instead, falling over 2 lbs short.

Juan was absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend him enough! He was super helpful in explaining everything he was doing to me, letting me know the next steps and what we should do in the future, and he even took the time to answer all the questions my kids had as they followed him around! Do yourself a favor and ask for Juan, you will not be disappointed!

My 80 year old mother has been without a/c for almost a week they say they have ordered a fan motor but really can’t get a straight answer as to were it’s at all we’ve been told is that it’s shipped and they have no way of tracking where it is and there communication is terrible with the customer. I highly recommend staying away from there service. Service tech Jamal and service manager Todd have been no help at all. I feel we just keep getting the run around every time we call.

FINALLY! A plumber I can trust. After dealing with an ongoing leak situation since the start of April that had my closet floor soaked and water pooling up in the crawlspace, I was really at my wits end. My local plumbing company had multiple attempts to figure out the issue but consistently dropped the ball. So I tried one of the bigger name plumbing companies but they proceeded to misdiagnose the problem and bombard me with overpriced “solutions”. I decided to give Brothers a try because at this point, I had nothing to lose except more money (At this point, I had already spent thousands on a new water heater and pipes throughout the entire house since 2023 began) I had the honor of being service by Brandon T. He was a cool customer; carefully went through all the areas of concern I went through with the previous companies. He was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. While everyone else was chasing phantom issues (shower, water heater) Brandon, was able to logically trace the issue to the refrigerator. He provided me a real solution when others overlooked it all together. Even when he resolved the issue, Brandon didn’t rush off, stayed to answer any questions I had and even inspect the home for other non-related issues. Excellent customer service from start to finish. He is going to be my go-to-guy moving forward.
