I recently had a horrific experience with this HVAC company that I feel compelled to share. Their incompetence and blatant disregard for safety have left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear.

During what was supposed to be a routine HVAC tune-up, the technicians managed to create more problems than they resolved. To my astonishment, they unplugged my compressor without my consent, claiming that there was a gas leak. I found their actions suspicious from the start, but the worst was yet to come.

Rather than providing a proper diagnosis or offering a feasible solution, they shamelessly attempted to upsell me not just one, but two new HVAC units along with exorbitant labor costs, totaling a staggering $24,000. To add insult to injury, they presented me with a so-called "discount," which was nothing more than a laughable attempt to justify their inflated prices.

The most alarming aspect of this entire ordeal was the dangerous situation they created. By unplugging my compressor and tampering with other wires, they exposed my home to potential fire hazards. It is deeply unsettling to think about the disastrous consequences that could have ensued if I hadn't taken immediate action to rectify their negligence.

As a result, I was forced to hire another company to fix the problems they caused. Not only did this incur additional expenses, but it also caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. I should never have been put in this position in the first place.

In light of their unprofessional behavior and blatant disregard for safety, I firmly believe that this HVAC company should not be in business. Their actions demonstrate a lack of integrity, professionalism, and expertise. I urge others to take this review seriously and find a reputable HVAC provider that prioritizes customer satisfaction and safety above all else.

Juan Romero Rosado extensively cleaned and performed the routine maintenance to our main unit. In addition to the routine care on the outside unit he made sure the thermostat was working properly and he even changed the filter. He was polite and courteous offering suggestions in how to extend the life of the system as well as being respectful in wearing shoe coverings when inside the house. I would highly recommend and use their services whenever I need them.

I canceled my semi-annual maintenance program. The reason for the cancellation is because of the unethical approach their technicians take in recommending unnecessary repairs and replacing running equipment. This happens nearly every service but the most recent one was way beyond unethical. The service tech told me that my crawl space was hotter than the inside of my house and that he was sweating it was so hot. He said there were several leaks in the duct work and called for a specialist to come out. He came out shortly thereafter and did another evaluation. He said there were several leaks and that the entire ductwork should be replaced to the tune of $8,220. He then stated that my furnace was not a very good one and probably should be replaced. I have had it under maintenance with Brothers for years now and I was never told the unit was not good and to replace it. The unit runs just fine and I told him I’m not in the habit of replacing functioning appliances. He gave me a price of $17,495 for all of the “necessary repairs”. I told him I would think about it. Two days later, he dropped the price to $15,000. I went under my house with the unit running and personally checked all the ductwork for leaks and found none! I am disgusted with their business practices in recommending unneeded repairs and equipment. Service personnel should not be on commission. It’s just too easy to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I will no longer use there services and I am sharing my experience with people I know.

Had visit by Brothers technician for regular 6 month maintenance. Technician was on time, courteous and performed recommended system checks. When finished technician reviewed what had been done and provided recommendations.
