My AC had lost power during the bad thunderstorm Saturday night. On the panel it was showing system not connected to power. Christian was able to figure out the problem within minutes and fixed it. Wonderful young man who was very professional and very knowledgeable about the system. Thank you for a job well done.

Poor Value. Attempted to over charged me. Called Brothers to remove a spoon that got caught in my garbage disposal. Tech arrived and in less than 5 mins of accessing the issue represent me with 2 quotes. Option1 - unclog $250 Option2 - replace the disposal $800 +. Of course I opted for option 1, but he did not even attempt to remove the spoon, stating it was to far in to remove, and recommended option 2 replacement at a hefty 800+ price. I declined, as my disposal had just been replaced less than 2 yrs ago. I used Angi to find an alternative. They came out and was able to remove the spoon and only charged me $95. Can someone say price gouging. Now mind you that Brothers was the one that installed my disposal 3 year prior for $452+ at the time. That is a tremendous mark up

Had an appointment for a plumber this morning between 8-12. No one ever called or showed up. Guess I should have read the reviews before booking with Brothers, seems this is a pretty common practice with them. Wasted an entire morning for nothing, not again.

Christain was amazing!!! His professionalism and knowledge about my hvac was very helpful. The best service I’ve received yet, guy deserves a raise for sure as he made the company look great. They will be first to call as I felt very comfortable spending my money with them.

Juan, is a very conscientious technician. Prompt, Polite and Pleasant. If I still ran a district ... I would hire him away from Brothers, train him in high security systems and I would feel comfortable, knowing he would do a great job, and represent the company properly, just like Juan represented Brothers.

I would like Juan to be my primary technician, for all future service needs.

Juan was on time and very courteous. He explained every test he was doing and gave me good advice to get the most from my system. He did a maintenance check. The unit was installed in August and it still needs a person to come out and close the open space above the unit inside the house. Juan took pictures and video and said he would send it to his superiors. Juan was very personable and helpful and someone I would recommend to friends and family.

The service technician was prompt, very courteous, clearly explained everything and offered some helpful suggestions. I did not use the service because of the astronomical initial price quote. The second quote was better, but still quite excessive.
