Mario Gonzales did an amazing job on informing me about the issues we were having with our current Water Heater. He was able to give me options of choices of different water heater. All questions that I had were answered thoroughly and explained well. Every step of the purchase and how the set up was going to be was explained well by him. I would definitely recommend Mario Gonzalez.

Thank you Matthew for the service call. You were able to diagnose the problem and offer repair or replacement options. Not the news we had hoped to hear. Nevertheless, the unit has served us well for 15 years and only requiring semiannual maintenance care.

They employ salesman disguised as service techs. They tried selling my grandparents a dual capacitor and a hard start capacitor on her 2021 system that' has a part warranty and she was quoted non warranty price. She called me (a real tech) and she went out and asked him for the capacitor reading and it was a 45 mf reading 44.5. So many things wrong in one visit. Non warranty price, replacing a perfectly fine capacitor, and putting a hard start on a system less than 2 years old. I wonder how many elderly people they're ripping off. Their techs are commission and sales based.

We needed water heater replaced because of a leak. Sales rep came over looked over everything and gave us three options. Rep (Selvin syuleymanov) was very helpful And fully explained each option.was really great and easy to deal with him.

Selvin was very detailed and covered code requirements with regard to the upcoming water heater replacement in compliance to local codes. He provided several options from which we were able to select the best one that matches our specific needs.

Bethany Wessell is a phenomenal asset to Brother’s. She knows her stuff! She found out what was happening to my HVAC system, got the necessary parts to repair it and went above and beyond to get my AC back up and running. I can’t thank her enough for her efforts.

Set an appointment for next day for HVAC, they called next morning and cancelled. Now I have to find a replacement company. No apologies, No Offers to help, not very trustworthy company to rely on.

Brothers Air&Heat + technician ABDUL save the day!
My simple Smart Thermostat installation went off the tracks, and with 88 degrees looming in the weather report, I called Brothers. Seems I can blow up even the smartest AI from Amazon and likely some A/C parts, too.

A phone call later Abdul was just around the neighborhood corner. Friendly, super prompt and knowledgeable about all of my AC / Thermostat hardware, Abdul tests it all and gets the replacement parts from the truck.
In a few moments (under 30), the system is back up, a glowing new Thermostat is working... I swear I saw it smiling at me... And the vents are pouring clean, cold air into my home.
Best money spent this month.
