Terrible! We paid $1,200 for faucet install and shower plumbing repair.
Water was supposed to be shut off overnight but we had a Major water leak overnight as we waited on 2nd repair man. Now we need new drywall, door repair and Floor and commode fixed because of the major water leak overnight that went into 4 rooms. Our tub spout still needs worked on and our new faucet is not working properly. Asked 2nd brothers repairman to check the shut off under house. He said we needed new shut off and well tank immediately and quoted us $1,600.00. we had tank and shut checked by 2nd company not Brothers, who said it was fine and the tank under house was NOT leaking. Not even a apology about our issues.

Was so delighted with the EXCELLENT customer service and care our tech Jamal gave us!!! He was So knowledgeable and helpful, as well as a joy to talk to! He had impeccable manners and flawless skills as he patiently described the different functions of our nest thermostat for me to learn. We called about a leak under our kitchen sink and received a comprehensive overview of the cause, visible issues with our current water heater, and options to replace and repair existing issues to work for a range of budgets.

While we’re still considering what option to go with, I’m confident that Brothers could do it right for a reasonable cost.

They completely messed up scheduling the first time and did not even come at the previously agreed time. When I called them they said they had some kind of scheduling issue and agreed to come the next day. When they finally arrived the next day they said they fixed the issue but it was never fixed as the heating would not come on at night. So I called back the next day and they send out another technician who came in and messed around with the unit and told us that my HVAC system was completely malfunctioning and needed a completed replacement. He wanted me to pay for a brand new HVAC system. I wasn't so sure about that so I decided to get a second opinion and hired another company to take a look. The technician from the second company came in and did some re wiring on my thermostat downstairs and I never had the problem since. Stay away from Brothers Heating and Plumbing ..

Worst experience from a business I have had. This started over 6 months ago, Brother’s came to install an outside AC replacement unit, that was purchased through Lowe’s Home Improvement local store. They installed the unit and a nest thermostat. 2 days later, it stopped cooling, even though the unit was running. Call was made, technician came out and said brand new unit was bad. Replacement was done and days later it stopped cooling again. Repair called for, technician was scheduled to come out and never showed up or called. Called again, technician came back out, said it was thermostat. Replaced that. Days later not working again. Technician came out and added Freon. Stopped again, technician came out, worked for 2 weeks. Stopped again. By this time supervisors are coming saying they will fix it. Stopped again. Technician and supervisor come out again. Decide it’s the thermostat again. Put on analog thermostat leaving a large hole in my wall. Was told they would come back and replace the thermostat with a Nest Pro to cover all the holes. 3 months later, no work Called, technician said it would be taken care of. 3 months later, still no word. Do not agree for this company to do contract work. I will also be contacting Lowe’s Home Improvement and the Better Business Bureau. O STARS!!!!

Technician was friendly, professional, took time to investigate/troubleshoot throughly, and then made the repair after explaining what he was going to do. All went very well and I would recommend Brothers to anyone.
