The technician Stan was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. He was friendly and a straight shooter. Hopefully I dont need further repairs to my AC but if I do I know who to call.

American Air is the best in the business!! They are professional and very trust worthy! I would recommend them to my family and friends. When you call them make sure and ask for Matt Lowder he is the best!!

threre isn't one negative thing i can think of to say about the wonderful people at American Air. they don't just know what they are doing, they do such a great job of explaining all your options, and why they are doing what they are doing. they have that personal touch that takes their work to the next level. professionally, they know what they are doing, personally, they talk to you like you're a part of their family. they earn your trust. that's something that you don't see much in business any more.

I would not call this company for my HVAC service. Customer service, especially owner's wife (Vicky) was very rude and unprofessional to me. They did not want extend the maintenance contract with me, but did not care of explain me in detail reasons and how to resolve it for a future business relationship. I can not believe how poorly they misbehaved me.

Contacted American Air when my ac was not working. The customer service was excellent. They fit me it immediately. The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Could not ask for a better experience

We bought a new house that had the ducting installed by american air. Most of the house seems fine, for now, however they did not take into account that in the laundrey room the dryer had to fit close to the wall for the door to shut and installed the duct connection in the floor. Since it is a new house there is a structural guarantee for 1 yr. So far we have been trying for 4 months to get them to come fix the problem by putting the duct connection in the wall but they won't even respond. Completely frustrated. Just because you aren't being paid directly by the homeowner when building a new house doesn't mean you shouldn't still back up your work!

Wonderful company and employees. Very courteous and arrived on time. Could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend this company to anyone with a/c or heating problems or just anyone who wants a new system. Will not be disappointed.

American Heating and Air goes out of there way to make sure the job is done. The owners are wonderful always polite and willing to lend a helping hand to anyone with a heating and cooling need. I would recommend American Heating and Air to everyone.
