Google made me give 1 star but If I could give much, much less than zero stars I would, the service is extraordinarily terrible, they never answer the phone, 10 messages to 1 return call ratio, they blow off appointments without any calls, and I just found out that the Air Handler Unit that they installed in my attic was installed incorrectly, with old parts, not properly sealed, with gaps in the insulation letting hot air into the unit thus stifling its cooling ability, not up to code without hurricane straps and the unit was not centered on the drip pan meaning that if it leaks it will go directly to the insulation and ceiling causing more issues. On top of that they did not come prepared to install my unit. They did not bring a shopvac, which I let them borrow mine but they lost one of the wheels in the insulation and didn't tell me, they just put it into my garage when they were done and also, I lent them a powerful light (which they did not have one) to help with their work and they took it with them when they left (hard to miss a giant 8x4 inch bright yellow light) and I still haven't heard from them, you'd think they would have known it wasn't theirs and returned it.

Rivers Reliable sent a tech who broke our upstairs split AC unit and claimed there was a problem with the mother board. It was working when he got there and broken when he left. When we finally got them back on the schedule, they left us hanging on FOUR separate occasions. We had appointments to trouble-shoot our HVAC system and they failed to show. They didn’t call and reschedule, they just failed to show. When I called to find out what was going on they were very dismissive. I will not work with them.

It took three visits to finish the job. The wrong part was installed the first time. The second tech did not know what the job was, had to go back for the needed part, couldn't find it, and neglected to let us know that he would not return that day. We waited for hours needlessly. Although the dispatcher who dealt with our phone calls was polite and helpful, communication skills among the techs are sadly lacking.
