Wow, Doug put my mind at ease with his professional inspection of our entire system. His experience shows greatly in the way he communicates and his knowledge of all things AC related. He took time to pay attention to details that many others overlook. Can not recommend enough.

Our technician, Hilton was awesome. He was personal and professional. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Great service and very reasonable pricing. I can’t thank them enough!

I can’t say enough about how well my first experience with Fit-It went. Made an appointment online, and they were out to my house first thing in the morning. Clear on pricing, talked me through everything, and just did a great job. Special shout-out to Lief! He couldn’t have been better.

AAron was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained every detail about installation features etc. He was very friendly and personable. They cleaned up when they were finished also. They will come back Monday to install the door to the unit as they had to create a wider space for the unit to fit. New unit is very impressive. Very happy overall with new unit and installation process. After feeling apprehensive of the cost, I am very impressed and happy with the final result. Fix-it 24/7 exceeded my expectations today and I have peace of mind about having a nice HVAC system that will be long lasting for years to come.

They were great! Jeff and his co-worker made sure I was educated on what they were going to do, and made me feel comfortable with the work. (They are affordable.) The work was done well and looks great. I will look no where else for my Plumbing needs from now on.

We just bought a new house and the prior owner had a pre-paid package for A/C seasonal cleaning and tune-up and received a call that they could come out and do the summer cleaning and tune up at no cost to us because the package had that service remaining. They were out in 2 days and were prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. We have 3 units and 2 are 2 years old. The other is 17 years old and we knew we would be replacing it soon. It was found to have a number of issues and they were addressed but also offered to have an estimate of cost to repair (not in a pressured way). The issues that were addressed will be refunded to us if we choose to replace. They are sending someone out this afternoon for the estimate. Very impressive response time and most impressed with the knowledge and ability to give options!

I Continue to use AirMax now that they are Max’s Fix it. Same great quality customer service and service technicians. Zak was great and spent a good amount of time ensuring I knew what he was doing. Appreciate the great work. I have now used their plumbing service to get a main water shutoff put in the house. Jeff did the consult and was really helpful. Mike came out to do the work with Kyle. Both were great to have in the house, were able to get the job done with minimal exploratory cutting and helped with some other things that we found along the way. Great work all around for both HVAC and plumbing.

Fix-it 24/7 responded to my phone call regarding my AC issue, and scheduled my appointment first thing next day morning.
Hilton went above and beyond my expectations and did the diagnostic for many components to find exactly where the issue is coming from, Mr, Rudy (the manager) was so informative on the phone and helpful with going over all avaliable option for me to get the AC fixed ASAP.

Zack was very courteous, polite and used great care to determine the issue. He came by after hours and was VERY professional. I will ask for him again should we ever need service. Everyone with this company has been very nice, polite and respectful.
Today I had maintenance on my heating and air conditioning system.
My technician did a great job. He explained everything that he would be doing and was happy to answer any questions that I asked.
