Jeff Theilbar came to our complex to look at a plumbing issue in our building. Turned around from his house and Summerville and came all the way to James Island. Figured out the issue quickly stopped it, and advised us what to do next. Would highly recommend. Great service. Give that man a raise.

Had a consistent clog in my drain line and had used a different company before and they never resolved the issue. Mike came out and was prompt, friendly and professional and found the issue and took care of it, he even showed me and explained it. Problem gone.

We had our AC go out on a weekend and a technician was able to come out within a few hours. The service was great and the technician was friendly and explained to us what needed to be fixed.

JC was a solid HVAC tech. He was knowledgeable and explained everything well in order to make an informed decision.

Fix-It took over for Barrus, who we have used for quite some time. Our first experience was a good one. Bill Burrus did a good job finding a replacement.

JC got us up and running in no time. He also told me of some preventative measures that I could do to keep my hvac units in peak performance.

I chose to use AIRMAX a few years ago when another company tried to gouge me for an unnecessary repair. My wife called me at work and told me what was happening and I rushed home to fire that company.
I contacted AIRMAX to get a second opinion and was given an estimate that did not include any repairs but was advised that my system is old and that major repairs may be needed soon but those repairs weren't necessary now.
Well several years later after my system kept shutting down for no reason I decided it was time to replace my 18+ year system. I knew it would be costly but that's the joy of homeownership.
AIRMAX ordered the system and when it arrived I had the beautiful brand new Carrier System installed. I thought it might take a couple days but the guys doing the installation were on the ball, got things done quickly and professionally and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were here.
Being the old Navy guy that I am, I inspected the work that was done and was very satisfied with everything that was done and happy to see a brand new Carrier HVAC system in my house.
