Zach was accurate with his diagnosis from the start. Unfortunately I dragged my feet to get the work done until the AC went out. Had I gotten the capacitor replaced sooner it would have prevented the blower motor from going bad but Zach checked and the motor was covered under warranty. Thanks Zach!

Pretty quickly determined problem I had been experiencing was due to lack of surge protectors. This company’s techs are well trained, instill confidence and are a real pleasure to do business with.
