The first technician, JC, arrived approx, 30 minutes after my call and described my system problems in detail. He pointed out the systems age(17 yrs. old, past normal HVAC life) and called Trevor to explain options I should consider. Trevor gave me replacement costs, got my system running and told me if I decided over the weekend to get a new system that the entire repair bill cost would come off the new cost.

This gentleman showed up on time. Serviced my unit to the max..the Cost was 39$. It pretty much took the unit apart cleaned it and put it back together. He was professional, thorough and explained everything. I will definitely stay with these folks
