They were very quick to come to my home. Within 4 hours of scheduling. Mo explained everything he was doing and saw with our system. He also gave me instructions on how to fix if the situation arises in the future. Only a service fee was charged, which I thought was reasonable.

Terrible service, unresponsive, finished a job half done and ghosted me for fourteen days. Finally threatened American Home shield and made them give the service contract to someone else. Absolutely incompetent company. Never hire them.

I have had my home warranty for almost 15 yrs. I usually end up requiring some sort of HVAC service each year. I also experienced a different service company each year. Rivers Reliable Services was dependable, went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue they spent hours determining why parts continually went bad and fixed that as well. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Mo.

I called Rivers Reliable Services a few months ago when I needed a new HVAC system installed. They came highly recommended by a friend. Rivers arrived on time and we’re able to complete the job quickly. They cleaned as they went along and were responsive to my questions. Their representative was courteous and thanked me for my business when the job was completed. I would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend their company.

Our A/C was running but cold air wasn’t coming through and the house was heating fast. Mo was able to come out really quick that day, explain the issue, and resolve the issue that same day. His quick action and successfully resolving the issue is greatly appreciated in this sweltering heat. We’re very happy!

Do not use this company due to non-responsiveness and no commitment to perform services that were needed. Rivers Reliable was to order and replace my compressor over 2 months ago and never did. No one answers the phone. I’ve left countless emails over the past 2 months with not one returned phone call.

The service technician Moe arrived promptly after I placed the call. Explained clearly the reason why my AC unit was not working properly. Within minutes he fixed the issue. Moe is a true professional. We appreciate & are very satisfied with his service. Thank you very much.

My Home Warranty assigned Rivers Reliable to repair my heater early November. I was able to promptly schedule my first visit, they arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said they would back in a few days with the part. After a week I’d not heard back. When I called, they said part was not in yet. Another week goes by, they say the part is under warranty with my Home Warranty folks- which is strange- haven’t had this replaced before.
I follow up with my home warranty people and they have had no contact with Rivers Reliable and no request for the part. They try multiple times to get in touch with RR and are not able to contact them to approve the work.
Weeks later and still my heater is not working. RR will not answer my calls or those from my Home Warranty.
BEWARE- if you are assigned this repair shop— Request someone else.
I have used my Home Warranty for 5 years and never had an issue.

Very Professional. I am really impressed with this company. This company came out on one of the coldest night and repair my hvac system with no problem. I am definitely keeping this company for maintenance of my HVAC system. Highly recommended.

Our A/C went out on April 13th, we called American Home Shield and they sent out Rivers Reliable Services, LLC to look at and fix our system. First thing, they said our coil needed replaced and that it would take about 3 weeks to get the part. My husband called at them at the 3 week point and they were still trying to get the part due to "supply chain" issues (which I think was a lie and an excuse) because they never did get the part - and AHS was no help, so we pressed them to replace the unit since they could not seem to repair it. They said they would send a unit to their South Carolina warehouse and that it would take 2 weeks, and they guaranteed they would let Rivers know when it was there!! So, after 2 weeks went by, we called AHS, and they said they said that the order was cancelled because Rivers never came and picked it up! We called Rivers and they said AHS didn't let them know it was there, and they went to get it on Friday (after the Wednesday they were notified) and the unit was no longer available!! AHS said they would reorder it, but it would take another 2 weeks!! Finally, got the 2 parties together and had to schedule a time for Rivers to come out, which was another week and a half!! Once they got the new unit installed, the guy said he would come back for the old unit because he couldn't lift it by himself. We called numerous times, they said they were so busy but that they would come back, they NEVER came back, and after we had an attorney send them a letter, the owner said this is not my property it is yours to get rid of!! We had to pay a company $189 to come and get that unit out of our yard!! All of the other companies we spoke to said that it is the installer's responsibility to remove the old unit!!! NEVER EVER use Rivers Reliable(joking right?!) Services OR AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, they were both incompetent!! All the while, my husband has emphysema and we were trying to sleep in 85 degrees at night! And, I had Covid during this time which I think aggravated it and made it last longer than normal! THESE companies need to be ashamed and put out of business!! Disgraceful!!
