Got home after working night shift to a hot house. Called a friend that recently had HVAC issues and he recommended TempProChas. Gave them a call and they were on site in less than an hour. I had several different technicians come out. First time maintanence was performed very professional and lyrics. Éverything was explained to me in a way that I was able to understand what was done. Second time technician had to determine the cause of the problem with my unit. Against, very professional and efficient!! The tech was dispatched after hours and arrived way within the hour...
Theire maintenance plan is great! Various options available for whatever suits you best. As I already mentioned, the tech again explained everything in detail (this is about the service call now)

Tauvao did a fantastic job diagnosing & repairing my family's AC unit. He was the third technician to come look at the unit. He was the only one who brought me out to explain to and show me what the issue was, and listed the possible solutions to fix it. They quickly and effectively worked with my home warranty to get the part they needed after I had waited over a month for other HVAC companies. He even was able to get the part and fix it that same week, which I really appreciated since the weather was about to heat up and I have an infant. Tauvao and his team were very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended!
