Everyone through my whole experience was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a previous technician with another company and they didn’t get it right and actually was wanting me to get a part replaced that was unnecessary. James came and figured out the issue and was able to explain to me what the issue was. This was very important to me it showed he wanted me to understand what was going on and kept me informed in the process. I went through a 2 day ordeal with getting my heat repaired but I’m so glad I ended up with TemperaturePro and they have a customer for life now.

Great company to work with! Showed up quickly and diagnosed the issue and completed the repair…even took the time to help me by fixing the drain and programming the new thermostat even though I didn’t purchase it from them. Service above and beyond expectations.

Tauvao did a phenomenal job! He came in diagnosed in 10 minutes had it fixed within another 10 and then stayed to make sure it was working correctly. Great service, professional, and on time. Would recommend to anyone needed A/C repair!

Great company, excellent customer service from young lady who answers the phone, as well as the techs they dispatch. For some reason I have horrible luck hiring good honest, and competent contractors/ company. TemperaturePro has by far been one of the most pleasurable I’ve hired. They send a pic and brief summary of the tech as well as appointment reminders. Excellent company, excellent service.

Terrible company, will have to come out several time to fix their screw ups, does not stand by their service, does a poor job at duct taping issues and will fall apart again. Refuses to remediate problems they’ve caused as far as stepping on the ceiling in the attic causing cracks, ripped trim off attic entrance leaving a mess. Will not guarantee their work for longer than 90 days. Good luck wasting your money!

These guys are awesome! They came in less than 45 minutes of my call! Sent me a text letting me know who my technician was and fixed my issues very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. My tech was " T" . He was super nice and explained exactly what was wrong in no time flat. They showed up in the pouring rain right before closing and were happy to make me a happy new customer of theirs! I'll be recommending then to everyone up in St. Stephen's!!!
