Tuavao was extremely professional and came out to our house on a Sunday to replace our AC unit before company arrived in town. Within an hour or so the house temperature was very comfortable. When he had completed the project he said it was his last stop for the day so we spoke for a few minutes and he told me about his business. He has a very well respected family business and from talking with him it was very apparent he takes great pride in his work and is a good family man.

The team was early and stayed a bit late to ensure the install was working in tip top shape. The new System is very quiet and works great. The team cleaned everything up and it didn’t even look like any work had been done. Just a nice shiny new A/C unit. Thank you ALL.

Brandon showed up on time explained what he was going to be doing before coming into the house. Once done outside came in very professional demeanor got inspection done quickly and explained anything found while inspecting. Our a/c gave out on a Friday afternoon in 90 degrees heat. They came within an hour and set us up with a couple portable units to get us through the weekend. They were here Monday morning and worked hard throughout the day. There was a small issue but was resolved quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, we’re very pleased.

I'm a Realtor in the Charleston, SC, area. During a recent listing assignment, inspections revealed significant damage to the house's ductwork as well as a bad crawl-space moisture problem. After making a personal property visit and analyzing the issues in person, TemperaturePro offered solutions, provided a quote for the work, and then sent a team led by Tauvao to the property to resolve all of the issues. They also serviced the HVAC unit while on-site. Because of TemperaturePro's work, the sale of the property was able to take place on schedule, per the buyer's proposed closing date deadline. They installed our range hood vent. The technician actually was the owner so we are in good luck. The work was awesome and clean up afterwards. Very pleasant to work with them.
