Melissa, Brandon and Josh did an amazing job. Customer service was great, Melissa never gave up on helping me, even when I gave up, she continued to search until I was approved. She went above and beyond to make it possible for me. Brandon and Josh was on time, very professional, the whole experience with this team was excellent. We was like one big family. I can't forget about Mike, he came over at the last minute to repair my floor and he did a get job. My experience with TemperaturePro was great from start to finish. Our air conditioner broke on Saturday night before Father's Day. T, the owner, came out on Father's Day to see what was wrong with it. Turns out, it had finally died. T gave us 3 options for getting it dealt with, including prices, and we decided to replace it.
Our techs that came out to replace the units were very professional. They were in our attic for a good portion of the day to replace the upstairs unit and then outside to replace the compressor. They worked quickly, were very nice and got everything set up for us.
We had a wonderful experience with TemperaturePro. All of the people we met were great. The price was definitely right. And I liked that I was given options.
I definitely recommend them!

Tauvao , showed up on time & was very informative. He answered all my questions & explained the problem causing my issues of not getting heat. I have never had a bad experience with TemperaturePro technicians, always polite, friendly & professional. After replacing defrost sensor & board, I had an issue with air flow from vents. Another tech came out to & brought an air filter that was not the problem & failed to fix the lack of air being pulled in from the cold air return & air flow from floor vents. I got new codes on my smart thermostat & after techs removed outside panel to check blower motor I was informed motor was running in reverse & I needed a new motor
with control module at a cost of $425.00. This did not resolve the problem either. After they contacted a friend who was a Carrier product tech, he talked them through the Thermostat programming which resolved the airflow problem. I asked to be reimbursed a portion of my expense for the cost of the blower motor with control module 2 months ago & never got a response. I will have a certified Carrier/Bryant A/C service company going forward.

The folks at TemperaturePro were all very kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. The installation was “all hands on deck” and went like clockwork. They cleaned up afterwards and, other than a new unit in my yard, you wouldn’t have known they were there.
Our house is cool and outside is a lot less noisy. Thank you to Tauvao and the entire TemperaturePro family!!

The folks at Temperature Pro have been the best HVAC support I have come a cross in many years. They are kind and friendly, respond to your calls quickly, and are very knowledgeable. Every time we have had a HVAC issues, they trouble shot it quickly and fix it quickly at very reasonable prices. After their professionalism, the next greatest think I like about them is that they text you to let you know when someone is on their way and they text a picture and a background of the technician that is coming out. To me, they go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend them.

Temperature Pro is a great company to work with, they are very responsive and thorough when asking questions, setting up appointments and giving estimates etc. The team members are very knowledgeable and honest about the work they are performing and with suggestions on things that should be done with your system/s. Joshua Hood did a great job explaining what he was doing, what he found on his inspection of our unit and was very courteous and thorough. I will continue working with Temperature Pro and highly recommend!

My first visit was with T, and I made another service call and got James and his partner ( sorry name was not available). One , I'm big on customer service and Melissa from the office provided that upfront. Then when the technicians came out, professional, knowledgeable, and getting the job done took over. I'm very pleased with this company and I hope this relationship is ever lasting.

Really a professional group, we had an emergency situation on a Friday - they came out within two hours of our call. They knew their business and were very helpful. Definitely will use them as a regular vendor going forward.
