Bought my house last August and called temp pro to come do a tune up. The tech came by and was the owners daughter apparently, she didn't fully go into my attic and she just poked her head up there and was rushing to try and leave my house. They literally did nothing but tell my unit was old. I obviously already knew this, and then she asked if I wanted to pay 300 bucks to do a leak test to see where freon is leaking. When I already paid them money. Poor service. I just got a new AC unit through Preferred Home Services and they were excellent and the customer service was 1st class. Don't go through temp pro, it was a terrible experience.

My 2 year old A/C system (which was installed by Temperature Pro) stopped working. I called them and they were out the next morning. They found a circuit card bad and had to order it. It took a few days for it to arrive and Temperature Pro brought out a couple of portable A/C units to keep our house comfortable while we waited. They changed out the component and also made sure that everything was in working order. At every step, they kept us posted on what was happening. The replaced part was covered by the warranty that came with the unit. It's been 2 weeks and everything is working fine. Thank you to the whole Temperature Pro team that came out to help.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a home service company was with TemperaturePro.
They repaired my HVAC system and now I no longer have air conditioning issues.
Initially I had them do the work because their quote was a little lower than their competitors. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and on time.
I have a busy schedule however the local office worked around my commitments and set the appointment when it was convenient for me. I highly recommend TemperaturePro for all your air conditioning and heating needs.
