All of the service reps are courteous and helpful. Matt M. the commercial mgr is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to any client who like good service and professional care.

We had Brian’s Heating & Cooling come and replace our hot water heater. They were not only so nice and professional but we needed it done within the week and they made that happen! Would recommend this place to anyone. 11/10

Very friendly and professional people. They understand the need and how to repair. They answer all questions. They call to let you know they are on the way and are prompt. I highly recommend them for all heat and air needs.

After hours call were at my house in 20 minutes and finished a repair in under an hour. Courteous, professional and very reasonably priced. I’d definitely use them again.

Called on a Saturday morning around 9:00am and had an appointment at 11:00am. Tech called, and arrived on time. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. Had a bad capacitor, I thought $380 for part, and $85 service call a little expensive. It is Saturday though and I'm glad to be cooling again.

Our technician was Carroll he was very polite and professional (even used a Donald Duck impression to try to calm my crying toddler 😆). Most importantly our A/C is cooling so much better! I will definitely be signing up for a service agreement. Thank you!

They offered to send someone out today! He arrived earlier than promised. He checked and found the problem. Sadly, it’s a big job. He called and got us then info needed and an estimate. He was quite knowledgeable. He offered options. He was quite acceptable.
