They are amazing! My air man who has been servicing me for 3 years left me hanging and didn't come out! Made several appointments to come and didn't show up for any, I had no air for week! It was 80 degrees plus n my house! I started calling several local air companies. Called and spoke with a sweet knowledgable lady named Katie and she booked me a tech for the same day! James came out, within 20 min he had a diagnosis and had me taken care of. Pumped me with freon, checked me for leaks, and MY UNIT IS WORKING! House is cooling down! I highly recommend them! Due to Katie's and James' understanding, knowledge, and professionalism I am now a customer and switching my services to Brian's Heating and Cooling. They will continue to have my business! Outstanding service!

Low volume sound was carrying throughout most of home. Tech showed me vent cover was making the noise...did not start for almost 4 years after install.
Return ducts are evidently undersized and need 2nd one to carry air needed for increased heat pump tonnage size when it was replaced.

Same day response to call even though I have never used them before. Tech knew his job and very courteous. Will definitely recommend.

I had a new HVAC system and duct replacement installed by Brian's a year ago and I have been so pleased. Not only has it lowered my electric bill by approximately 40%, it also almost eliminated my allergies.

Great service . Friendly, professional, prepared. Will (the service mangaer) was absolutely fabulous showed up on time troubleshot my system diagnosed the problem as a breaker and a contactor had both parts on his truck repaired it in no time and had me back out of the road to my job. I was recommended to them by a friend for their excellent work. I started with having them come look at a unit that I had previously been told needed to be replaced. They were honest with me and gave me all my options. One of which was simply replacing the coil which has worked fine now for over a year. I have since had them install several units on other properties for me in the columbia area and they have not disappointed me yet. Thanks for the service!!

Was very pleased with the response time for a weekend call. Jason explained everything to me and was a true professional.
Had to get a part which i understand on weekends it is hard to get parts.
So Monday morning got the part and had my home cooling again that afternoon.
They called me to let me know that the tech was going to be a little late. I understand things come up.
Signed up for the twice a year inspections and the discount i received.
Again they showed great professionalism in there calls and doing the work.
