Lewis came from Lexington to Wagener to look at my mother's house and the cost of an HVAC system. He was very informative and personable. He gave several suggestions to fit our needs and budget. He was overly helpful.

I am dissatisfied with Bryan’s Htg and Air. Firstly, I made my maintenance appointment for 2-4 pm and the guy showed up at 10 am. Luckily, I was home. The guy did say he would come back later if I wanted him too and I decided he might as well go ahead and do the service since he was already here. Then, as he was bringing his ladder in and out of the house, he hit nearly every wall and every step with it. Not apologizing at all. When he was done, he just said, “Everything looks good, see you in 6 months”. I didn’t like having him in my home. He wasn’t very friendly. Now that I think of it, I don’t even think he told me his name. I didn’t have to sign anything, either, which I thought was strange. We will be using another company to service both units from now on.

I called this afternoon and Brian’s Crew was out this evening! Paul and Lewis were so helpful and knowledgeable. Paul cleaned out my condensate line and made sure it was effectively draining. Lewis gave me quotes and answered all of my questions!

Today’s visit was a periodic check up on our HVAC systems. Various aspects of our system were discussed allowing us to be aware of our expectations for the future. Always professional, I feel confident having Brian’s Heating and Air on our team!

Came out to do an estimate for repairs related to selling a house. gave a quick and reasonable rundown and quoted a great price. Scheduled the service to meet closing date deadlines and were conversational and accommodating. Really enjoyed the interaction and the personable nature of the representative who came to our house.

Was referred by someone I know. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately the information sent to the office included that I was using a home warranty and they said everything was good. After the tech looked at the unit, let me know it was in intermittent issue that he would be more happy to come back and look at it when it acts up more. I was under the impression that the dead C wire was repaired that day. I came home to my A/C being off due to the c wire not working and the thermostat not being connected properly. The office also informed me after the visit they they do not accept any home warranties leaving me with their invoice and the service call fee for my warranty. For cash customers they probably are a better fit as my tech seemed very knowledgeable and helpful (unlike one other company that came to look at it) but the lack of communication on billing and what services were rendered was below par for me

Started the maintenance program they offer. Had Jamie Disher come out, he was personable, knowledgeable and so professional!!! Absolutely impressed with the service! Definitely will continue to be a repeat customer!!
