No cold air came out of the ducts when the ac was turned on. Long Hvac responded immediately to my call for help and offered to send out a technician the next day. Kyle was highly knowledgeable and he quickly restored our ac. I highly recommend Long's Comfort Club for homeowners.
Harold was great! He came out to eval a possible leak. He identified the issue and explained in detail what the problem was and showed me a photo so I was in the loop. He was professional and friendly AND changed the air filters!
Ryne was on time, give a window of 1-5 and he was there right at 1, he was very professional and thorough, I had already had 2 other people look at the unit for the same problem, he got my unit working and gave options for future work that was needed.

**UPDATE** " Jason Weaver, Service Mgr. at Long's saw this review and called, asking if we were willing to have him help. He came out with a tech and inspected the entire system. They determined that there were some install errors. He made an appt. with us to replace the air handler and enlarge the ductwork. They came out when they said they would, made the repairs, were super nice and helpful. We are hopeful and believing that this will solve the problems. We appreciate Jason and his team working to get this right. Thank you! We had previously been dealing with their new construction side and Enchanted Homes." Long installed our heat pump system on the home we purchased from Enchanted Homes. It broke our first night in our home. They said the heat strips were installed backwards. Then the pan overflowed, They said the drip pan was installed at the wrong angle. The drip pan overflowed again. They said the switch was not placed in the right position. The unit stopped working again. They said it was a bad thermostat. The unit kept shutting off. They said the intake lines were too small...not their fault as they followed Enchanted's plans. The unit flooded the attic again. They said the switch was not placed properly...again. The outside unit was freezing everytime we used the ac. They said the pressures were all off. The unit kept freezing. They said too bad...the one year warranty expired a few days ago...you will need to pay us for the repair. Pay them to fix the unit they installed that has never worked properly. We had another Lennox certified dealer out. We are being told: the unit installed is slightly too small for the house. The three intake lines are all too small and the unit is starving for oxygen. This is causing it to freeze every single day. Long refuses to do anything. I guess our next step is to file a complaint with the state against their license. Regardless of the contractor's faulty plan, they are responsible for their work and doing it correctly. We had over 13 service calls the first year.
