Long Heating and Air installed a new gas pack for me. They were absolutely wonderful. They came on Monday and knew my 26 year old system was gone. Gave me an estimate and came and installed the unit on Thursday. All of the crew were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Long Heating and Air came out to give us a second opinion on our heating system as well as installing 2 thermostats for us. We were told we needed a brand new furnace and Long came in and assured us that that was not the case. Rhyne installed both thermostats, fully checked to make sure everything was working properly, and ensured that all of our questions were answered. He saved us tons of money and even gave some recommendations regarding an issue we were facing with our HVAC. They earned our business from now on. We will be calling Long Heating and Air for all of our HVAC questions and repairs!

Felix and David were professional, courteous and helpful. They explained the issues and corrected them. They were careful with their equipment in my home, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

In April 2017, I purchased a new Amstrong 3.5 ton 14 seer A/C coil & furnace through Armstrong Heating and Air, who also performed the installation. Over the last 4 years I’ve had several instances during the summer where the A/C unit is unable to cool rooms to the thermostat setting (off by as much as 5-6 degrees). Over the last two years, this has led to the A/C unit regularly tripping the circuit breaker. A separate, third-party contractor was of the opinion that the unit was not installed correctly, and that the compressor was failing.

In July 2022, I called Armstrong and asked to speak to the Service Manager about the original installation. The receptionist took my information and told me the Service Manager (Jason) would call back. I received a call from Jason within 24 hours and he came out to my house to inspect the unit. Jason was professional and courteous. He worked with Armstrong to confirm that the unit was originally installed correctly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and took the lead on arranging a warranty claim for a new compressor (since the issue was caused by the compressor failing). When the new compressor arrived, Jason refused delivery because it was damaged during shipment and made sure another one was ordered. When the replacement compressor arrived in good condition, the Long Heating and Air team promptly and professionally installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. It was nice to deal with a company that stands behind their work and provides professional service – even though the original purchase was 5 years ago.

Home AC went out over Memorial Day holiday. Contacted Long Heating and Air. Office staff was pleasant and helpful! Kyle, the Technician, arrived even before appointment, was professional and personable. Walked me through possibilities. Called in to check prices with Jason, who was also professional and personable. Jason kept me up to speed with order of unit and earliest possible install date. I found along Heating and Air to be great to work with and I recommend then to meet your AC / Heating needs.

These guys were awesome to work with!! Very professional from start to finish. Our salesman Mark was amazing. He worked for us and made sure we was satisfied. I would and will recommend everyone to them. If you need HVAC work of any kind look no further!
