From the time I made the initial call, until the time the technician left, it was all smooth sailing with Corley. I am a new customer, and had run into problems with my AC unit. The rep I spoke to on the phone was thorough, explained their processes very clearly, and gave me my options. I opted for their service plan, and set up an appointment for a tech to come look at my unit. I had the pleasure of being helped by Stefanos. He explained everything in complete detail, told me what the problem was, and even showed me what he was doing to the unit. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. He also explained to me possible needs in the future, and explained to me his recommendations. I never felt any pressure to have any additional work done, and he was very transparent. I'm very pleased so far, and their communication tops anything I've ever experienced with any HVAC company I've worked with. Highly recommend.

The professionalism that Mat and Nick presented while installing our heat pump was top tier. Their parents should be proud in the manner in which they raised these two fine gentlemen. Wonderful job and looks on the completion of the heat pump installation. Corley, thank real hard about giving these two young gentlemen a raise, they certainly deserve it. Thanks again.

Stefanos came to do a safety and maintenance check on our split H/C units. He was prompt and professional from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the units and even offered us the Veteran Partner Plan since my husband is a veteran. He gave us outstanding customer service and I would recommend him for your HVAC needs any day!

I called them today, 7/3/23 at 3:06 because my basement had flooded due to backed up pipes...job complete by 5:22pm. Great service, even better prices. Call Corey's first!!

We so appreciated the professionalism of Stephanie during his service visit. he was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the visit and made sure that we understood the service contract and recommendations.

Christopher Plant just left my house. I am grieving the recent loss of my beloved wife. Mr Plant was so good and professional. He also made me feel like he cared for me. This is the second HVAC tech we have seen from Corley and both were very good.

The one thing I don’t particularly care for is the up-selling from the techs and I know this is coming from the company. The other thing is the cost of these products. The company can do a better job with this.

First of all this is most unfavorable review I have ever left on Google.

We have utilized Corley for more than decade. This is not related to anyone other than management who made decision not to schedule in AM or PM blocks. This scheduling change is unacceptable. We have spent thousands of dollars with Corley, we chose to use Corley due to their professionalism of staff and quality service.
Management has put their staff, from schedulers to service professionals, in a terrible situation as they catch complaints from customers. I retired from health-care after forty plus years due to same issues. Decisions made that I had to enforce.

Don't be surprised when your experienced staff have had enough and leave. Not to mention customers.

Holy cow! $600 to replace a shower faucet cartridge?
I'm never using Corley again. Nice enough, on time, good work. But their unfortunate plumbers turn out to be salespeople.
I simply wanted the shower to stop leaking.
Found high-ish water pressure, and no thermal expansion tank installed. Told the water heater probably had 6 years left.
So what was I quoted? A simple cartridge replacement? No.
Took 20 minutes to write up "options" for new water heater, and tank and pressure valve. THEN they would come back and see if that fixed the leaking faucet. Also got multiple options for different versions of the above.
I chose the option not listed - fix the leak.
I was too stunned by the sales tactics to notice the price of doing just that. Then saw it was $600 when done and I'd already signed 5 or 6 things agreeing to what they were doing.
Can only be compared to car salesman with the tactics. And I fell for it. Once. Get ripped off once, shame on them. Twice? Won't happen.
