I hate going through all the steps and expense of buying a new air conditioner, especially for an very old house like we own. These guys made the process so much easier in every way. They have very competitive prices, excellent follow-through and the workmen were the type of people you didn't mind having in your house. Most importantly, the new system works very well; better than our old one did even when it was new. I would recommend this company to anyone.

[Service, Timeliness, Technician] Larry, the technician, showed up on time, even calling to inform me when he would arrive. He diagnosed and corrected an incorrect wiring issue that another company had been miss diagnosing for two and a half months. David and Jessica with Precision helped with resolving this issue in one week! I will be using Precision in the future and would highly recommend them if in need of Heating & Cooling Services. Precision Heating and Cooling is outstanding! Not only have they repaired and existing unit for me, but installed a new unit, coverting an old home from oil heat to central heat and air. I also recommended them to my employers. Our unit at the office was "repaired" several times by a different company. But since Precision Heating and Cooling repaired the system, we have had no more issues. I have never had to call them back because the work they did was substandard. They were fast, clean and efficient. And the workmanship is ALWAYS dependable. Being in the mortgage business, I have had the opprtunity to send them to my clients as well. I would not stake my reputation on a company that did substandard work. I have never had anything but raves from all who have had the same pleasurable experience from them. A truly OUTSTANDING company!

So Nice to hear that everyone else had a great experience with this company. I did not have the same. If I could give it less than a star, I would. They do not follow up with you in a timely manner to address concerns (I am still waiting). They lied on the initial call to my husband about the cost, and when they came out they wanted an additional amount just to "check" the unit...and then told me that I only needed freon. Which cost me $119 and other companies DO NOT charge to come out for the initial visit. If I was there and not my husband, they wouldn't have been paid. I chose this company because of the reviews and the location, and I regret it. FALSE Advertisement at it's best and it makes me insecure about dealing with small local owned companies. Keep your money and call another company to assist you is what I suggest. I will also be filing a claim with BBB and possibly a civil claim because this is not how customers should be treated! They say that stand for 5 star services in every rebuttal to a compliant, but I honestly think they are only covering their tracks! If it was true...there wouldn't be as many complaints and about the SAME thing!

David Dobbins and the Precision Heating & Cooling team were very professional, experienced, thorough and courteous during our system installation. Within the region, they are highly competitive, reliable and can accommodate any heating & cooling situation. Great job by Larry and Jimmy.

Jimmy is very professional and speaks directly about any problems and quickly repairs them. I will continue to utilise them for any heating and air needs that may arise .

Great service! I appreciate that Jimmy knows his trade and could quickly and thoroughly diagnose the issue. His window for the service call as 10 am to 12 pm and I got a text message at 10:38 am saying he was on the way. The text messaging telling me when he was scheduled to arrive is extremely useful. Larry just left my house and let me tell you that he was very thorough. third time in 2 years that i have had a technician out for the same problem but I think it is finally fixed. He was super polite and did I say thorough with checking everything which is way more than any other tech has don. Bravo Zulu on a job well done thanks for going the extra mile. I could have had this problem fixed 2 years ago but no one ever checked for leaks believe me i know because i crawled in the crawl space with them and watched everything they did. Larry did an exceptional job and did i say thorough wow!! THANK YOU LARRY!!!!
