Absolutely horrible! Came over to my house and charged me $140.00 to tell me I needed some BS relay .. Not only were they totally wrong!!! But the technician crumbled 2 of my ceiling tiles trying to get to the unit. Called and had another company look and all I needed was a thermostat $46.00 and only $50 to figure it out and replace it ... Have had no issues since. As far as Precision Air I called 3 times to get a refund they kept giving me excuses!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Heat went out over the weekend and Precision came out on Sunday in less than 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and installed the next day. Extremely satisfied with the service and the communication which was excellent. Will be our go to AC/Heating service moving forward.

I had bought a home that had mismatching heat pump and Air handler that stopped working . The heat pump was old and needed replacement but they saved my Air handler and could have easily charged me for a new one which saved me 1700 dollars . They came and put a new coil in Air handler and new Heat pump ... System runs like new and many thousands cheaper than other local estimates ... Dave is the owner and Larry and Jimmy are the Technicians . All Gentleman

They are the best in the business to work with. We have been working with them for 2 years and they provide great service and stand by their work. They sent technicians on the weekend to restore our Heat and we finally replaced our HVAC and got a good deal. Ask for Kevin........

I needed a good HVAC Company to help figure out a very old and poorly maintained unit in a building we were renting. They came out on time with every visit and were always willing to do what it took to get the job done. This company is honest and true to there word. They repaired unit at a very reasonable price and now also use them at my home and recommend them to all my friends.

Precision installed a new package unit for me March 2015 and did a great job. Any time there's a question or issue (tenant's fail to change filter)- they are always willing to get out there as quickly as possible. Jess in the office is great and goes out of her way to try and help.

Great company to work with. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Larry always answers any questions we have and explains what he did. Even though they give you a time frame for arriving, they send you a text when they are en route to your house and you can track it. Ask for Larry or Jimmy

We had Precision put in ALL new systems - Heat, AC, and Hot Water Heater a few years ago. I cannot ever say enough on how Fabulous they are! Called today to set-up a maintenance for the heat. The kindness, professionalism when setting that appt. was wonderful. AND, as I am writing this I get a text regarding scheduling that appt. (within 10 min of scheduling). You will never go wrong with them!

My HVAC system is one year old, therefore it is working well. I called because I felt a foul smell, I thought it was an animal has gotten into. I explained to them the situation, and I made them aware the smell wasn't constant, but sporadic. They came and checked, and informed me everything was fine and whatever was causing the smell was gone. The visit lasted less than 15 minutes and I was charged their maintenance fee $$. 5 days later the smell is back. By googling I found it is something called "the dirty sock syndrome" I called them back and they said now I would have to pay a lot more if I want that removed.
I feel disappointed and deceived, I was charged for a "maintenance" I didn't need, and they did not identify or fix the problem for which I called. They were not able to identify what was my problem despite my description despite it seems to be pretty common. I had to use the internet to identify the problem, and tell them what is happening. And now they want me to pay $$ more if I want it fix.
I wouldn't have had a problem to pay that the first time, but I think it is abusive they charged me for something I didn't need and now they charge me full price for what I originally contacted them for.
