They sent some young punk to my house. Who didn't know what he was doing and still charged me 119. For nothing. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. And don't lie and say you never were hear as you are on my bank statement. So you cheat the elderly can be proven by my bank statement. So either refund it to me and prove you are a God fearing company. But don't lie as I had Davis come out and take care of the problem. Thank you Davis. I will not ever let these people on my property as they never told me what it would cost me. On top of that the kid let my dog's out of my yard and me being handicapped had to put them back by my self.

You will not find better service than Precision Heating and Cooling. My experience was as pleasant as it could be from beginning to end. As an educator, I received a discount, which I was unaware of, so that was a nice bonus! I have absolutely zero hesitation when it comes to referring this company for any heating and cooling needs.

I have used Precision Heating and Air on a regular basis both personally and professionally. I have been very pleased with their expertise, their rates and most importantly their customer service. Called them on a late Saterday afternoon and he was here within an hour. He was able to get our A/C working in an hour and the charges were very reasonable. Will save their business card if we need more service. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I are all about supporting local businesses....not this one. We have an old unit that is periodically freezing up that we just wanted topped off because we are taking down this house and putting up a modular in October. I explained that to who ever answered the phone and was met with a $55 service charge, $60 something an hour, and when you add in the R22 freon it would be about $700. And, she blamed someone else for their prices being so high. Please.

I have purchased two HVAC systems from Precision Heating and Air and the installations were done professionally and on time. The pricing was also extremely competitive compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend them.
