Home warranty had them as provider. They called me right away and came and checked heating unit the same day! Austin was very professional and checked out very old unit.

Very poor service/ customer care. They left me hanging for over 14 days with out heat. Had to contact another service provider and the issue was resolved in 3 days. I would never ever use air master again. Unpleasant experience

I was recommended air master thinking since someone recommended them , they might be dependable, the boss man name Kevin came out and said that he will service the air condenser and and repair the ductings for me for price of $712.50 but when his man came they hooked up the unit but did not service charged me 125.00 to repair the ducting extra when kelvin told me it will be inclede with the firstquote, they came in after installing the unit and turned it on that worked for one day and the unit made such a horrible noise the second day and on the third day the fan broke on the unit because they did not service my unit they took the money and ran , and when I text Kelvin about the noise he did not contact me but when the fan broke on the unit I texted him and told him that it broke not only did he come he took the fan blade and the motor out and took it with him and claim that he was trying to look for replacement but if in the first place they service my unit nothing like this would happen. Beware when they open the unit something will be destroyed by them and they want charge you more money this will go on and on till they bleed you dry.They came and put a used fan blade and motor but still did not work they destroyed my compressor in that unit and when I text Kelvin that I know what he did,I don't know when but someone came from his company and took that parts back he never returned what he took out. He came into my property and stole that part back so in view to what happened I feel in my heart that they are scammers Beware people don't let them in Kelvin I have my security cameras and saw everything I will hand this to the the better bureau and consult a lawyer.
