Quick, efficient, competent service. Prices are a tad high, but, you get what you pay for and I regret buying parts and having another shop perform the work. I highly recommend TK Columbia.

Best Thermoking shop I've ever dealt with, after been cheated at thermoking Miami, i went to TK Miami because my unit wasn't cooling, just not cooling but heater and battery charger was working fine, after leaving TK Miami and driving about 7 hours I tried aircond and heater none didn't work, some 7 or 12 days later I was delivering in Columbia, SC and searched TK shop ON google, this shop showed up and i called, the lady on the phone was very friendly and professional, she took my info, transferred the call to a Tech who let me explain my issue, he told me to show up, they honored my 90 days guaranty, so I did not have to pay again, a young Technician named ALEX worked on my APU and up to day APU is working perfectly, if i ever need to fix or service my APU in the future this is the only shop I will go to.
I' ve cheated at all these Thermoking shops in the past,
TK, Denver, TK Harrisburg, TK near Passaic, NJ is the worst

Awesome work on my apu install they did today! Very professional and clean work. They started at 7:am this morning and stayed over to complete it same day. I highly recomend this place to some of you peticular owmer ops like myself.

Their parts department is top notch. They work with you and help to make sure you get what you need. Very trustworthy.

The office staff was awesome. The lady who checked me in was GREAT. The service manager was awesome! Gave me priority because I had freight. The guys who fixed it was outstanding! I highly suggest using these guys if you need your unit fixed! 2 THUMBS UP! To the service manager

I'd highly recommend these folks for APU repair. Got me in super quick and completed the repair within the hour. The tech Ignacio was very knowledgeable and I learned a thing or two about my TriPac I didn't know. Thankful for places like these that do a good job!

Excellent Service,.. I’m from Utah,.. I travel nationwide,.. These guys treated me like family they repaired my APU and had it running perfectly in a couple of hours. They have integrity,.
