Air Master was the only company on the preferred vendor list of my warranty company that would agree to work on my unit after another company installed it incorrectly. The tech, Philip Spires was very professional and taught me a lot about my unit. The owner Kevin even asked Philip to show me how to light and make sure my propane fireplace was lit before he left the house.

The heat wasn’t working and my AC unit was making a noise, so I called Air Mater’s and they had a tech at my house less than 24 hours later. The tech arrived about 20 minutes before the scheduled time, introduced himself to me, and then started looking at the unit that was making the noise. David quickly diagnosed the problem and within an hour had the heat working and the unit running quietly. Once he was finish he took the time to explain to me what caused the problem and made sure the unit remained running well before he left. I would definitely use Air Master’s again if I have any problems in the future.

Air Master Heating & Air was chosen by our home warranty company to fix our heating and air unit. They scheduled us quickly and arrived early which is very unusual for contractors in our rural area. Bryan was our technician and he was able to service our unit without any additional cost over the "Service Fee" charged by our warranty. He also gave us additional advice on maintaining our unit to increase its lifetime. A+ experience all around.

My split level heat pump has been a real pain and eventually had to get the whole thing replaced. My home warranty company sent Air Master. Though my unit took many visits over several months to get right, the associates with Air Master were always friendly and personable and glad to come out at any time.

My husband and I were having problems with our A/C unit, for over a month. Several companies came by and were unable to diagnose the problem. On today, Sept. 2, Philip and Cody came by and were able to find the problem and fix it, right away. These technicians were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. We had an emergency cituation. Our home warranty contacted Air Master, David was out the next morning. Very professional, and fixed us right up. We even purchased a service pkg. Oh, by the way, this was a holiday wknk too. Highly recommend.!!

This place is sad if I could have did no stars I would. The Owner Kevin is unprofessional. His workers seems to be a bunch of inexperienced addicts that never worked on a HVAC a day in their lives.I don't know how you all are still in business. You sell use refurbished hvac systems and overprice them to make money off people. Your techs only do patchwork during the customer's warranty. You all refused to do maintenance on a hvac system you did for my disable elderly parents. I would not recommend anyone to this place unless you're willing to just toss money down the drain.

I have been a customer for several years. We have had 3 units replaced, installed, or serviced during this time period along with a recovered wedding ring that fell down a vent. In all cases, our service has been great and the prices are very reasonable. In my most recent experience, I discovered the upstairs HVAC unit was not working around 10pm at night. The next day, they had my unit repaired. I am very pleased with their service and have always been extremely helpful. Thanks to everyone that helped get my family back in the cool air!
