Just wanted to say thank you to Philip Spires. He came out and did a awesome job. Very respectful. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their heating and air fixed!!! Thanks again Philip!!

I highly recommend Air Master.We called them at 7:30am Oct.1,2019 They had Phillip at our house by noon.Philip was excellent. He talked us threw everything he did.We were all fixed by 1 1/2 hours.

Wonderful customer service!! He did a great job cleaning our dryer vent and did it super fast! I would highly recommend this company and will defiantly be using them in the future!!

My wife use to work there. She was with them for roughly three months. The owner had the nerve to interview someone else while She was there and then turn around and fired her because “She didn’t have enough training”. The woman owner was the one who was suppose to train her but never did yet it’s her fault and She got fired ? Both the owners are always in and out of the building everyday. The woman owner hardly came in. Very unprofessional working place. They do jobs only when they really want to. One of the service techs don’t hardly do anything. They only have one hard working tech! Don’t waste your money!!!!

$887.50 deep and still no A/C. Originally it was supposed to be $712.50 to install the system and do some duct work. They went back on that quote and said duct would be another $175.The duct work was done the day after the AC unit was installed. After a few days the AC went out because they didn't service the unit properly. They then had the nerve to quote us another $230 roughly.

After a few times of them coming out I noticed a pattern. They do the bare minimum and quick to try to get you to sign the paperwork before you notice anything is wrong and take your money. The last time they came out was to replace the fan blade / motor. After doing that coincidentally the condenser also went out apparently and of-course they were going to want more money.

Alston the hvac tech that comes is awesome. Great customer service, dependable and great service. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work

Hesitated to call bc u never know what u get. Called late yesterday. They called back this morning. Phillip came out this afternoon and fixed the issue. Repair time less then 30 mins.Won't hesitate next time. Appreciate them making my emergency, their emergency.

Very quick response time. They were able to service me same-day when my heat was not working. My technician, David, quickly diagnosed the problem and went over his plan to fix it.

The service I received was great, the customer service from the office to the techs was such a pleasure and not to mention the work that was performed on my ac unit was done correctly and without many delays ... Both Arron s were respectable and showed they cared to perform a 5 star service . Thanks alot I was suggested this company and not to forget the gentleman that came in at first to look at the issues from the beginning.

Left messages for the supervisor to give me a call to discuss an issue, ( missed to give them a call in the morning) front desk secretary (Joy or Joice) will put me on hold and say that he was not available. Completely unprofessional, i should have received a call back but i am sure they don’t care because they took my payment and didn’t care about anything else. Terrible communication and terrible customer support. Will not recommend at all.
