Air Master Heating & Air LLC

Air Master was the chosen local service provider selected by my home warranty company when I reported our gas package unit was not working. They called me within 15 minutes of my claim being submitted to the warranty company. They were very personable to deal with and had a tech on site next day. Now, that said, there were issues between the date of diagnosis and the date of actually having a new unit up and running. Some chilly nights. Partly due to a lack of a replacement part from the manufacturer of our existing, non functioning unit, and partly due to, I believe, a newer associate helping to direct traffic and communications between them and the warranty company. Once the issue was evident, Air Master had a crew on site next day, including Kevin the owner. This was a Friday afternoon. There was some follow-up work needed and Kevin and two techs were back on site Saturday morning (not a normal day for them to be working) to get it finished and to get our heat turned back on. I found them to be personable and professional. It's only been 2 days, heat and air is working, so I have to assume the work has been done correctly. I do feel confident they will quickly respond if I find out otherwise.

Always there within less than 24hour notice. So professional, you can relax, knowing that you are getting the service you need without conflict. They care about their customers, a rare thing in today’s industry standards. They make a point to make you feel like “family”. Recently had a replaced air filter system. They showed me how many bad particulates were taken from the house environment. Great people. I have used them since 2006, and never had a problem or complaint. They are verily trustworthy.

Air Master came out and quoted me for AC repair recently. Today, they made good on that quote and fixed my AC. Austin showed up and got right to work making sure my AC was ready to be repaired. He replaced my broken valve and also talked with me through some upcoming recommended repairs, which he didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into.

I found Air Master to be honest, ethical and quick in their repairs. Austin was efficient, thoughtful and pleasant to be around.

I've had Airmaster install and maintain heating and air units since 2015. Kevin and Steve provide excellent customer service and are usually on time or let me know if they are running late. They do excellent work and I have no complaints. They also service my tankless water heaters once a year. Excellent!

Very pleasant and courteous interaction from the owner to the technicians. Worked us in earlier due to major issues with our air conditioning especially with temperatures of 100 degrees. Russell and Phillip were very professional and did a great job in remedying the duct work issue in our attic causing no air flow to most of upstairs. Highly recommend this company!

Air master was dispatched through our home warranty plan. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and very nice. They even came all the way to Elgin. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I had an issue with my dryer taking two or three cycles to get my clothes dry. I was recommended to call Air Master to have my dryer vent cleaned out. They came out on time, very knowledgeable, great customer service and very reasonable prices. After the services were complete my dryer now takes one cycle to get my clothes dry. I will be recommending Air Master to my friends and family to have their dryer vent cleaned.

Air Master Heating and Air will always be our go to and we still had one service Maintenance left and moved from Gaston area. Did not know they serviced CHAPIN and were elated to know that so they came today. Philip S was very thorough and explained all that was done. We will continue our yearly maintenance with them and for any of our services. I have and will continue to recommend them. Always quick to. One and very reasonable prices. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. We had to use them because our home warrantee. They took forever to return our calls and were often rude when they did. When we finally got a new unit, the technician did terrible work. We had to call back out to install new flashing like we paid for and the tech was incredibly rude. The return vent was only half sealed. They didn’t weather proof parts like they should. They moved a pile of leaves to cover up a hole in the flashing rather than installing it correctly. They tried to hurry the paperwork rather letting us test to make sure the unit was actually working correctly. And to top it all off when we were checking the work, the tech went in the back yard urinated. We are paying for another company to come out and ensure it is installed correctly. We do not trust them back on our property.

Air Master Heating and Air was referred to me by my Home Warranty Company. They called me within the hour to see what problems I was having and set up an appointment with me for someone to come out immediately. They came out found the problem and my unit was fixed within 1 day because the part had to be ordered. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond, very concern, and if that wasn't enough, I requested that someone come back to my home because I thought they was a problem (wasn't) the owner himself came out to my home to see what was wrong.. I was so impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of AC/Heating repairs.
