Air Master Heating & Air LLC

I have been without heat since December 10th. My home warranty company finally referred me to Air Master Heating and Air after two other companies had come out. I was able to get an appointment that same day, which by the way, was a Friday. I should add that I live on the outskirts of town, which required the technician, David to drive thirty minutes one way. He arrived on time and performed a thorough diagnosis of my heating system. I found him to be knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I have also been in touch with one of their representatives, by the name of Susan. She has answered each of my questions and has been a delight to work with. I find that this company is ethical and professional. They have also maintained open communication with my Home Warranty Company. They ordered the parts for my unit in a timely fashion and there seems to be a minimum wait time for them to arrive. Air Master Heating and Air has been a dream come true in the midst of what has been a nightmare for me.

I completed the above listed post back in February. On today, April 22, 2019, I had another appointment scheduled with this company. This time Russ was the technician who came out. I found him to be very personable, honest, and ethical! He cleaned my dryer vent for me and recommended some other services that could possibly benefit me.

I found out about their dryer vent cleaning service from another technician by the name of Hasaan. Hasaan came out to clean my drain line for my air conditioning. I found him to be thorough. He even used slip covers for his shoes.

This is my third time using this company. I find that each of the technicians are respectful and I never feel as though there is a stranger in my home. I find that this company truly lives up to their name. They are indeed the Masters of Heating and Air. I plan to continue using them in the future for my heating and a/c needs. I would also highly recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely great Company. Russell Bishop was very knowledgeable, Polite, very thorough in the Duct Cleaning . Cleaned up everything once the job was complete. Very impressed with Air Master and I will recommend this company to friends and Family.

Air masters are the best. David Crosby was who came to fix my ac. He was fast and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back because of his great work and professionalism. They get it right the first time!!

Phillip was My technician today, he is very professional explaining everything that he'd done and very kind. I spoke with the owner himself this morning, he stated that he would get someone out as soon as possible and it did not take long at all.

Steven Hucks came out to resolve our air conditioning problem and was extremely thorough and professional. He was kind and courteous, something that is rare today. I told him that if my family and I experience any additional issues in the future I want him to be the assigned technician if at all possible. Thanks again Steven for a job well done!

I didn't realize how important a clean dryer vent is to efficient drying and energy savings until the service tech from Air Master explained it. He also informed me that the transition ductwork needs a UL 2158A or UL 181 rating to help prevent a fire. The knowledge and his quality work gave me peace of mind.

Absolutely horrible experience. We were forced to use them thanks to our homebuyer warranty, and once the warranty finally approved the repair, it has been nothing short of ridiculous trying to contact them. They gave us a call stating that they would make the repair on Saturday, then called again to say it would be Friday. They never came. It is now Saturday, their office is closed, and we're in for another cold snap below freezing. This is day 10 with no heat, and we are thoroughly frustrated, as both Air Master and our homebuyer warranty are closed for the weekend. 0/10 if possible. This is not how you run a business.

Our A/C unit is in the attic. Had water coming down through our ceiling all the sudden. Our home warranty provider contacted Air Master for us and Air Master called me a mere few hours later to set up an appointment. Phillip came out, investigated the system and tracked down the problem.

Very friendly staff, clear and quick communication, and Phillip was very professional during his visit.

Austin was the man who came here and he was very happy to help us out and he was very good and he was on time he was very polite and very generous 😊👍🏻

The most friendliest group of people to do business with. From the office to the field. Up front and honest and not pushy. I would high recommend them. I am a single lady and never felt like they were trying to take me to the cleaners. Great group.
