Complete Heat and Air

I can not praise Complete H&A enough for their SUPERB service, professionalism and work. When my daughter moved into her new home during Labor Day holiday and the A/C was not working at all she was needless to say not too happy. Complete H&A responded and sent a technician (James) out on a holiday Saturday to assess and diagnose. After a thorough check and inspection it was determined that a new unit would be necessary. We were told to be mindful of supply chain in waiting for the new unit to arrive… could be weeks. Complete H&A got the unit and three days later were on-site installing it. Damien and Cameron arrived exactly at the scheduled time and went to work. Within 3 hours the new unit was completely installed, test, diagnostics run and working perfectly. Damien and Cameron did an amazing job in keeping updated as they worked. They had to do close-in work inside a walk-in closet space. When they left it is as if they had never been there. Cleaner then when they started! The A/C unit is fantastic and works excellently. I can say with no reservation that Complete H&A encompasses the old school way of customer service, professionalism and a true desire to provide excellence from a major install all the way down to his they answer the phone. I will use Compete H&A in my home and recommend them to family and friends!! Thank you Jesse, James, Cameron and Damien. Job well done (plus my daughter is HAPPY!!)

Tech who did inspection was very clear on issues, repair options and replacement. Installers were very professional and communicative.

I’ve had my ac/heating system serviced by Complete Heat and Air for some years now and I can truly say they are AWESOME! The service I received today from tech Austin was exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable on questions I had in regards to my unit, which put my mind at ease. Keep up the awesome job!

Very pleased with our service. Our technician(Darrell, I believe) was polite and explained the steps he had taken to solve our problem and made sure to take down extra info for our account in case the problem arose again. We look forward to our service in the spring.

Remington and Nick installed our new Trane unit last week and they did a fantastic job! Everything looks so professional and neat and tidy. Clint was so helpful and we are very pleased with the system. The three of them were a great team and we couldn't have asked for better service!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Courtney, Damien, and Cameron. We were without a heating and cooling system for nearly 13 weeks. Fortunately, we crossed paths with Courtney who was able to diagnose the problem and locate a system. Damien and Cameron came out and installed it shortly thereafter, and we are comfortable in our house again! I recommend these good people to anyone who may be experiencing an HVAC problem. They are courteous, caring, and professional!

Darren was quick to come out and get our heat going. He took the time to show us what we could do to keep the heat running with these unusually cold temperatures. I highly recommend Complete Heating and Air!!

I could not be more in pleased with the job Nick Remi and Ben did on the installation of a new Trane system in my home. These wonderful guys came out on a hot Saturday to make sure all was done correctly to replace a more efficient unit. They were courteous, punctual and efficient. Complete Heating and Air is fortunate to have three young men represent the company.

Corbin was extremely helpful in guiding me through the choice of the best system for my home. He came out on the Saturday before a holiday, assessed my needs, walked me through payment options, and scheduled installation. The only painful part was waiting through record breaking high temperatures before these busy folks could complete the process.

Now, thanks to these fellows, my home is much more comfortable. With their helpful hints, I can control my system from my phone and rest assured that they will provide service as I need it. It has been a pleasure working with Complete Heating and Air.

Last week, when it was 100 degrees outside, Michael and Jason were crawling on their bellies under my house to replace our duct work. There is very little room in the crawl space and I honestly thought, half way thru the job they were going to leave and not come back. Nope, they stayed for two days, until the job was complete! They did an awesome job and continued to apologize because the job ran into two days. If the rest of your crew is as dedicated as these two were, then you have awesome team! This is the first time we have used your company and because of Michael and Jason we will call you again! Oh, I almost forgot Clint! Clint came and gave us an estimate and explained the work and got us scheduled pretty quickly for this big job. All three deserve recognition! Thank you for the great service!

Mike and Jason installed a split system for us in a closed in porch. Unbelievable professionalism and work ethic. They took their time and it turned out beautifully. Mike, their front sales rep sold us on using their company also with his professionalism and it didn’t hurt that our puppy became very attached to him. Overall, a great experience. One I wish I could have had with other companies/contractors.
