Darren Vickery called ahead and told me he was coming in 10-15 min, and did get here in that time frame. Did a thorough inspection of both the thermostat and unit. Found the bad heating strips and replaced them. Stayed to insure the job was done both correctly and well. Friendly guy, good service

The company was prompt in getting a quote, was extremely reasonable in pricing compared to other well-known companies in the area, was professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly; they were transparent with what they would do, how they would do, and why they had to do it.

I highly recommend the company to anyone who’s looking for maintenance or replacement.

The other point to mention, I wanted a Trane system due to their track record and warranty. I got it for 1/3 the price of Complete’s competitor. It pays to shop around and in this case, go with your first quote.

This Company is totally awesome. Michael and Kai installed my brand new unit and done it in record time!! Awesome guys!! Very hot outside but they got the work done!! Thank you everyone who made this possible!! Awesome air!! I got a Trane!!

Steve Rhodes was my service technician. He was very professional, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with my AC unit. He was extremely friendly and patient, and answered all my questions. I had total confidence in him.

This is our second time using Complete Heat & Air. The first time we had mini splits put in our basement.(back in 2019) This time we had to replace our whole HVAC system. Michael came out and gave us our pricing. Then today Damien & Cameron came out to do the install. It was not easy getting all that in the attic, but they did. Very professional young men. Theyvwalked me through using the new thermostat and even helped with the new app that Teane has. They even swept up the garage. I will always recommend this company.

Isaac came out to service my A/C. He was very respectful and professional. I appreciate his kindness.

We have been using Complete Heat and Air for 16 years. They are always professional, on time and do excellent work at reasonable prices. Not to mention when you are in a bind, as we were today with no AC, Steve came out within a few hours and fixed the problem and got us back up and running. He was terrific!

Complete Heat & Air did a complete duct removal and replacement. It was a three day job in the coldest weather we have recently seen. Cameron and Damien worked in the cold and the rain to get us up and going. They were prompt and kept us informed each step of the way. They also sealed the crawl space area. I just want to say what a wonderful experience this has been. I was very stressed knowing that my heating and air system was broken. From the very beginning everyone was so helpful polite and informative. I was very impressed with Clint who gave me my estimate on repairs or replacement. He talked me through everything so I understood exactly what was going on and what I needed.When he sent me the quote it was a $1000 less than my previous quote from another company and 4500 less than another one before that. Damien and Corey arrived on time. They were so nice and thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you to this team for helping to make a stressful situation so much better!!
